The front beach was good however there was a lot of rocks to enter the beach The beach access area was rocky and difficult to enter safely. Furthermore, the beach beds were not properly maintained or cleaned, resulting in discomfort and itching. This significantly detracted from the quality of the experience.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant place to relax after a day out. Beach access was very good, allowing for easy enjoyment of the sea, and the hotel’s aesthetics added to the overall charm of the property. The design and atmosphere of the hotel create a welcoming and relaxing environment. Overall, Regina Hotel offers great value with its prime location, attractive surroundings, and comfortable stay—I would gladly recommend it. We didn't enjoy the food. There is room for improvement.

The stuff is very friendly. They answered all my questions and provided info when needed. Last but not least, they have a bar where you can enjoy some cocktails, and a good place to spend a nice evening.

The man at the pool bar who made Sheisha - was very nice The room was clean, had a balcony and very close to the beach front and pool & waterslides Beach was nice with enough chairs, entertainment & food & drinks. Live cooking station at the buffet. Walking distance to the Marina for good restaurants We missed a tour pick up as the room keys didnt work and the manager arranged a vehicle to take us to the location Room was far end of the property in annex building , wifi was limited to the reception area Had to bargain with the cafe for the price of fresh juice which is very annoying - JUST PUT THE PRICE ON THE MENU The phone in the room didnt work - informed multiple times but never fixed Shower doors need replacing and the hot water took more than 8 minutes to get from cold to hot which is a extensive amount of waster water.

Beautiful environment The coffee bar in this hotel is given different prices to people from different countries. The price of a bottle of mineral water is 20 Egyptian pounds on the menu, and this person charged me 100 Egyptian pounds. I don't know if this mineral water is diamond-encrusted? This kind of behavior of “watching people serve different dishes",being two-faced really makes me feel sick. It ruined my mood and ruined my vacation. I flew 10,000 kilometers from China to this country. I want to come to this beautiful place to spend my birthday, not to be treated like this. He got my Chinese gift from me, but he also talk dirty to me. The quality of this employee is really low. I don't know how the hotel trains him. Can anyone get on the job casually?Of course, my camera recorded the whole process. I don't mind uploading it to social media so that people all over the world can see this person's face clearly. It's simply slandering the Egyptians. 中国人来这个酒店住的话，整体其实还是挺不错的，但是遇到咖啡吧的这个人，菜单上写的多少就给多少，不要怕事，上就完了。

The beach is very nice where you can also make snorkeling at part of it and see colorful fish and coral reefs. The aqua was also very nice. The Foods and rooms could be better

About the beds - they are very comfortable and soft but the pillows.....awful....thick and hard, it was not possible to sleep on them, I tried to ask some soft pillows from stuff but they didn't find any.

We read the reviews before we go and did not expect a lot. But we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms are fine and clean, we got a free upgrade to sea view. The rooms are cleaned every day, beds are made and 2 bottles of water. As for the shower being cold, that was only between 17:00 and 19:00 as everybody is coming back from the beach and getting ready for diner. So outside this window you are fine! Garden is really beautiful and wel maintained. The staff is really nice. We came back from a Luxor tour all tired and they sent us a basket of fruits to the room without us asking! 10/10 service. As for the comments on the food and beer, it is all fine, don’t expect top chef cooking but we ate there most of the days and we did not get sick, there is enough variety. The hotel is right on the Main Street and perfect for pickups if you have any activities planned! Best price value in Hurghada. Special thanks to Malaky and Sam for the entertainment! As long as you are not expecting a real top class resort you’re fine :)

The Sea water wasn't clean. I saw the biological waste , possibly from yachts a few times

We booked a bungalow room as wanted peace and quiet. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a room in a block that was undergoing work. But it was closer to the beach. Didn't want to climb up stairs so told them to put us in a bungalow that we booked. All this was sorted and we were very happy there. Bungalows could do with updating though. The grounds were kept immaculate and the pool area was great. We were able to get sunbeds on both the beach and the pool. Food choice was adequate. The snack bar serving lunch gets very busy so best get a table early. You can swim up to the pool bar and sit and have a drink on the stools. Cleaning staff were very friendly as well as the restaurant staff. Nothing at all to complain about. It was Ramadan when we visited so it must have been hard for them but no problems with getting served at 6pm for a drink in the bar when they are supposed to eat as it's their time. Beer was either draught Sakara or bottled Stella in cups or glasses. Abundance of soft drinks. You can serve yourself at meal times in the restaurant soft drinks. They have a machine that you can have coffees in the bar area also. It was in a good location for us to be able to walk out as we know the area very well. Will be looking to book again in October for 6 or 7 nights.
