Clean, food is awesome. Staff are very professional & helpful. Air conditioning in some places . But it’s against the concept of the resort. They want open areas more.

Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very decent, professional, and always helpful, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, nothing major. My stay was very pleasant overall, and any small matter was handled in a professional and helpful way.

There is no service at all. AC was not working even after fixing. The waiters on the beach will not serve you even if you beg them for a glass of water. The cleanness of the property and the staff are truly amazing especially Hossam, Catherina, and El Bibo And the restaurant are amazing and also the vibes of the place. The beach a lot of seashells and smalls rocks other than that everything is amazing

The food could be better and less oily and more fresh

I liked the location and staff. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suit which was great. Hossam was friendly and helpful. The pool temperature was too cold for us and I wouldn’t recommend the late breakfast as it’s nothing like the early one.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The staff was very professional, friendly and well trained. The food was with a very good quality. The overall atmoshpere is amazing. The bathroom in the room needs renovation.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Serry Beach and it was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special and well taken care of. A big thank you to Hanan from guest services — she was incredibly sweet and, along with the team, made our experience so memorable. The service overall was top-tier, always attentive and welcoming. The shows were so fun and beautifully done, and the all-inclusive experience was absolutely worth it. Everything from the food to the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Such a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion — we’ll definitely be back ? Loved it all.

Cleanliness, location and the beach. The staff were the best. I felt home when I was staying in Serry ? eveybody was welcoming and friendly! The bathroom door was making so much noise when we close it so we had to ask for it to be fixed and it took so long almost 2 hours to send someone over to fix it.

The hotel has a modern, minimalist, beautiful design. There is a lot of vegetation, and everything feels like a tranquil garden. We did not try any à la carte restaurant as we were extremely satisfied with the main dining hall and its quality/diversity of food. The staff was always positive, nice, and friendly. Cleaning services were also without complaint. The hotel basically offers everything and anything for absolute satisfaction during your stay. The only downside of the hotel are the occasional guests, as sometimes they are behaving badly and loudly without any respect for other guests or hotel staff. Also many guests are not able to follow simple rules like time for dinner with/without children.

It’s a beautiful spot and everything is well designed and well appointed, relaxing and good food and people. There were some issues with the booking, because the all-inclusive vs. Breakfast only wasn’t super clear. I had trouble paying on their website and booked on booking.com and made an error (because of a default setting) so although my room fits three the additional charge because of the all-inclusive was astronomical. There was no way to check the rate I would have gotten when I had booked three months before. I nearly paid double for my room just to cover my 13 year-old son.
