The location The staff was so rude and not helpful at all as we requested to cancel the last day and they didn't help There is no wifi in the rooms The breakfast was so bad and not fresh at all and no varieties

I didn’t recommend it for anybody to spend time and waste the money in this location. The location is very good but the facility it’s very bad and no clean management is very aggressive very bad and we found that many cockroaches and the nasty stuff on the store.

Staff was awesome very nice helpful loyalty - l booked a room with all inclusive and they make me to pay money for a coffee drink or express the -bar open at 10 and they close at 10 tonight why I pay more money to just drink something. I already pay for it. -Restaurant was not good quality of food and they don’t have different choices At night we find big cockroaches in a bar area

Only the staff is good, kind and helpful, the location as well is good The front desk manager tried to put me in another room level than the level I paid for, I asked for a king size bed he wanted to put me in a Three beds room... I paid for a room with a sitting area and the one he wanted me to be at didn't have anything other than 3 beds and bathroom... I didn't take that room and that's when they changed it to what I asked for. The new room was fine but it doesn't have all that's described, None of this is there ; kittle, coffee machine, rugs, side lamps nor even soap bars and shampoo. The beach was so limited in comparison to the guests number . Pool was not clear and people were wearing cotton gel fabrics in there.

The hotel is good with limited food choices but good with small beach and pool with small water slides. The staff is very polite and cooperative. Price is good for services. No wifi no rooms only in reception Need more cleaning effort Elevators need maintenance

Some of the receptionists were incompetent. One wouldn't get off her phone long enough to figure out what she was doing. She had to call the porter to make me come back and tried to tell me that the hotel card machine wouldn't work when she didn't even turn it on.

"The food was terrible and lacked variety, and the desserts were very bad. We had a really hard time with the meals — the chicken was undercooked and had blood in it, which was very unpleasant. It was supposed to be an all-inclusive booking, but we couldn’t get bottled water throughout the day. Instead, we had to drink from a water dispenser with non-mineral water that tasted awful. Also, the belly dancer at the hotel’s evening show was very inappropriate — definitely not suitable for children to watch. There are many professional dancers out there, and I hope the hotel considers hiring more respectful performers in the future."

It was a good experience, the staff is so friendly, the hotel is quiet, the dinner is not bad . Over all good place

The weather 1- they do 2% surcharge on visa payment, and I had to withdraw cash before accommodation, and they didn't mention that before booking 2- No free WiFi at all either in the room or anywhere except in reception and they didn't mention that on booking. Com 3- The reception staff were unfriendly at all 4- The family suite I booked was very dirty, un equipped, and no hot water, so I had to change the room 5- There are a lot of cats going around in the restaurant and flies which is very annoying I think they are over estimating themselves, and they should be down rated to 2 stars

I did like the location not far from the Airport for sure and using Über is really cheap and easy. The staff where so much friendly and welcoming. Please all note There’s No WIFI at the hotel at all !!!!! Most of the rooms was really really dirty and poor maintain. No pressure on the hot water absolutely which was so much uncomfortable ? and bad when you have a shower ? . After my 3th room finally i was feeling better cuz i did change my room 3 times because on the previous two rooms was so much dirty and uncomfortable .
