The room was not sound proof. Since it was close to the breakfast area(1 floor up), I often woke up as soon as the breakfast started. The floor of the toilet was always wet after a shower, even though there was a shower cabin in the toilet. The mattress and the pillows were very hard

Food is very bad, all inclusive only meant breakfast, lunch and dinner. Event coffee is extra.

The guy that received us at 1:00 am was very informative and friendly. That’s the only good thing about this place. Facilities are old. The listing of this property is misleading, it’s advertised as a resort but it’s not. The pool was dirty, the food ok, the room was not very good, the bed stiff, the paint on the walls had humidity and was falling apart. The shower didn’t work right. You have to walk to go to the beach area with wasn’t very good. But the worse is that I paid for an all inclusive. And they only gave me breakfast with the excuse that the lunch was for the prior day. I don’t understand how is that possible if check in is at 3:00 pm and the lunch was from 12 to 2:00 pm. It wasn’t specified on the booking description but I lost money and had a bad time at this place. Will never go back.

Poor Food

Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hurghada. Calm and quiet small hotel, staff friendly.

The room was not clean, there was no hairdryer inside the rooms. The towels were very old.

It was our first trip to Egypt. After being quite disappointed with the food and service at the first large resort we stayed in, we decided to spend the rest of our holiday here — and we’re so glad we did! We stayed for 3 nights, and every single meal was delicious. Honestly, the best food we had during our entire trip to Egypt was here. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. Special thanks to Selim at the reception for his kind assistance. I also used the fitness room — it was very clean and well equipped. The location is very central, which makes it super convenient. They also have their own private beach just across the street, which we enjoyed a lot. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great value for money. This hotel is perfect for those who spend their days on activities, diving, or exploring Hurghada, but still want to come back to a clean, comfortable place with great food. If you care about eating well and relaxing in a tidy, peaceful environment after a busy day, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended! Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations.

I liked only location. Close to markets There was no hairdryer inside the rooms. When I wanted it, they didn't bring it. The shower water came.inside the room. The beds were very bed, I had backpack after two nights. The towels were very old and dirty. The meals were very poor. The rooms were very dirty. I will never stay here again.

They don’t provide what is expected from the description They stated that accommodation is all inclusive while they only provide very limited 3 meals without any snacks or even drinks. The check-in process was not smooth at all, and the room was not ready which took almost 2 hrs to check in. They provided king bed while stating for two single beds Regarding the room, bathroom is very tied and not equipped or ventilated although, it has an electricity issue that occurs 5 times per day without proper fix from the staff after reporting the issue. The elevator is so tied, only for two people. The roof doesn’t have any service at all. Facilities bathroom was not clean. Tv was not working. There was a dripping water in the floor Highly not recommended

What really made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the entire team—they truly made us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will surely come back again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation, great service, and unforgettable memories!

Excellent food- clean-comfort No Wi-Fi just signal-very small pool among every thing no privacy-very dirty beach you have to cross the road to go- very bad soft drinks with all-in everything extra charge the staff is kind but not professional

It’s very nice and cozy and more familiar environment which I do like a lot . Rooms are very clean and modern with Wi-Fi included in the room, which is very important I think in Egypt Only thing that I will probably like to have a little bit different is the bed in the room for me personal the Matros bus too hard to sleep on, but everybody like it different

Rooms are very comfortable very small bathroom, water leaks out of the shower when ever you take a shower, door doesn’t seal very well from below, I cut my foot pretty deep from the pool, also cut my finger from the side of the pool, lots of broken sharp tiles….

Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. Sleeping was almost impossible because there were bedbugs in the bed that bit us. The bed itself was also very uncomfortable. Although we were given another room, the situation was exactly the same – bedbugs again and a lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, absolutely not recommendable. It was not clean and we did not feel comfortable at all.

Very cheap Very uncomfortable bed, super loud AC, construction on site, couldn’t sleep at all

The kitchen is medium-sized. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The beach is good, it's not large but nice. They have one medium-sized pool in the middle of the hotel. The room with sea view has an awesome view. Overall, we enjoyed our time. It's good value for money. Lunch was average, good but not as much as dinner.
