Location is a bit far

The triple room have only 2 beds and an uncomfortable sofa for the third person.

Almost nothing I arrived at midnight, they put me in a room with the AC is not working, tried to open the window for some air but it was overlooking a service light well which is not allowed. They refused to change it and said the maintenance team went home, so I spent a terrible night. Breakfast was at 8:30, it didn't start till 9:30 and the the excuse they gave was that the staff lives far away and they come by public transportation. The receptionists are terrible in handling any matters. I saw a Forigner shouting at reception because his money & phone were stolen from his room, so they just throw his lugedge in the street.

*It is new building with new furniture *staff is very kind The WiFi is not strong enough in rooms . The toilet liquid soup pump holder and kitchen water Tap head was severely corroded. I requested them to be replaced with a good material

Restaurant stuff

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely kind. That’s what always makes me come back.

The internet ( wifi) the worst ever especially in the floors mybe in the lobby a bit better

Close airport stay . Very pretty view . Fabulous pizza restaurant on top floor . Comfy beds Evening check in was fine, however , the morning breakfast staff were super clueless! It took 40 min of sitting there to be served breakfast ! And , we had a plane to catch! No one seemed to know what was going on and the level of English was minimal . This was not our experience anywhere else in Egypt ! The bathroom was old , a wet style , and the towels were extremely old and scratchy and no toiletries !

Noisy specially my room was 403 beside the cafe

This hotel is exceptional from the friendly staff at the reception to beshoy the housekeeping manager, the view is breathtaking with the beach right in-front of the hotel, the breakfast was delicious and enough portions, definitely coming back next year!! Thank you guys so much! The noise from the cafe at first floor

All is good except how they care about everday essentials Breakfast wasn’t good and to be honest the person who did it wasn’t clean enough his hands was all the time not clean

Clean Nice staff Noisy Miss leading info abt breakfast time resulted that we had no breakfast ( the only added value to this place) because we had to leave early Not heated pool Very far from everything Terrible and extremely dirty beach front .

The rooms were spacious and clean Construction going on around which caused disturbance early in the morning

Checkin easy & quiet motel Everything Starting from the stay to the food which is not enough and only very small set menu No beach Pool was bad Room is very close to next rooms which make no privacy
