Everything almost was perfect The beach is rocky

Staff were friendly and helpful, specially at main restaurant (Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Soliman for his great effort), Food was good, Reception was understanding and helpful. Aqua was fun, Beach was nice, Animation show was good. Food variety compared to other 5 star hotels, there was meat/chicken/fish but just one type of each, Animation team wasn’t so friendly, also the chef making eggs was horrible, Sea wasn’t clear and murky at the sandy part, pool cleaning wasn’t perfect. snacks weren’t the best, beach restroom was horrible.

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their customer-centric approach really stood out, making us feel valued at every step of the way. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The food was not only plentiful, but also delicious, with each meal of the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always excited to see what was on offer, and the quality exceeded our expectations every time. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant. The combination of amazing service, a fantastic food selection, and a comfortable environment made for a memorable stay. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

The staff have been exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and available throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Outstanding customer service, outstanding attention to everyone. Ms Eva, from Customer service, would check in from time to time to be sure that everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade with a sea view, double bathroom, and double room! You have plenty of food choices throughout the day, and you'll never go hungry! Mr Ahmed, chef, and Mr Osama, the restaurant manager, are always ready to respond to any request. There is a heated swimming pool. The Aquapark is fabulous. The gardens and the whole structure are well maintained. The Kids' Club is nice and Ms Asel makes sure the kids are entertained and are enjoying the activities. She is really sweet. The hotel also offers excellent activities for adults throughout the day, spanning from yoga to zumba, beach volley, etc etc etc Guests who want to enjoy relaxing music and have some quiet time can relax at the Gravity Peninsula, farther from the main beach. All in all, we strongly recommend Gravity Hurghada and we hope we'll soon go back. Nothing to be mentioned here, as everything was perfect.

It's Magnifesant ?? The staff was respectful, kind, trying to help as much as they can to make us comfortable, satisfied, enjoyed and ? Specially "the Disk Manager ? Mr Beshoey" ??☺️ There's nothing I didn't like actually..!

The space is amazing The room we were given was spacious and really good The Staff went above and beyond to take care of us The animation team was excelente with the kids New Year’s party was good the kids loved it The food could be a bit better for a 5star; pasta station we were served often cold pasta, fries were not amazing and the variety of food could be a bit better Although this was one of the best rooms ever, the fact that they cook/grill food early in the morning downstairs makes the room smelly through the day There are many people selling the extra services and that is a bit annoying when you just want to rest and enjoy but I believe they have a red flag system that we haven’t used and that’s on us

Everything absolutely excellent. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything. From cleaning, bar staff, reception staff, guest relations and animation. All was good. Room was stunning!! Nothing!!

My stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and cooperation throughout my visit, contributing to a truly welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is ideal, and its cleanliness was impeccable. The food offered was both delicious and varied, catering to a wide range of tastes. The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent! Very responsive, attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Eva from reception, who cares very much about the guests' well-being while staying at this fantastic place. I really liked the choice of food, themed evenings, "live music" at dinner. Lots of pools, good water park. If you don't want to go to a restaurant for lunch, you can get snacks in various places in the vast area. Very good group of animators who try to talk to every customer. Keep that bar up. Will definitely come back here! Too pushy service sellers, but it's probably not the hotel's fault.

Facilities, direct access to beach and support from the reception team responsible, I think his name is Ramy Food was a disaster but it is a management issue rather than employees. They could have invested a bit to have a better chef and charge that to customers. A 10% increase in the price with a very good food quality would leave a high impact on visitors. Pools were not warm, at least one pool to be warm in november would be great. Animation team is poor.

There was a difference of 50 dollars between the price given by booking and the price of the reception, they said that this was a tax.

The property was great and clean and the food was exceptional. Everything was great! Nothing to complain about!
