Honestly, the breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, but there could be improvement, especially in terms of variety. As for the beach, it was very enjoyable and impressively well-organized. The services were beyond description, and all the staff were very respectful and helpful. I really loved the place and I will definitely come back, but I hope there will be a discount on bookings. I was very impressed with the speed of response to any feedback.

The front Desk Mostafa Habib was Extremely Helpful we had the wrong booking but he did all the necessary to make our stay perfect he followed us and showed us the different rooms due to the wrong booking THATS WHAT I CALL DOING THE LITTLE EXTRA FOR THERE COUSTOUMERS also to all the staff very friendly and helpful can definitely recommend this hotel family friendly and knows what a hotel Guest means From the Gardener to The managers Everything was Great

I returned to this hotel for the second time because I loved it so much before – and once again, I was not disappointed

can write it more professionally as: The hotel was amazing, with all facilities readily available. It offers seven restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, including sushi, grilled dishes, seafood, and Italian food. The beach was exceptional, with calm waters and no waves, and the location was excellent, also staff were very decent especially in reception MR. Moustafa Some of the restaurant staff, especially at the Seafood Restaurant and Marina Restaurant, need to improve their customer service and communication skills.

We stayed at the the hotel for 5 days, and were very satisfied. Mr. Mostafa Habib at the reception was especilly helpful and always provided good and accurate information. Ms. Samira Guliyeva the customer service was also a very friendly and helpful Lady. The all staff were very nice and respectful problem. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Food need improvement. Room size is slighr small.

I had a really nice experience at Swiss Inn. The hotel is clean, cozy, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff team was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. As a solo traveler, I felt very welcomed and comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

We stayed at the hotel as a group of five adults. We booked two Royal Rooms and one with a sea view. All our rooms were fresh and very pleasant. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and water, tea, and coffee were restocked daily. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the property was excellent. The hotel grounds aren’t huge, but they’re very green and well-maintained. The drive from the airport took 12 minutes; the hotel itself is located on a very beautiful promenade, where we took evening walks. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Yasser at the front desk and the entire team for their hospitality, customer-focused service, and very personal approach. And once again, I’d like to express my gratitude here for organizing our friend’s birthday celebration. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for the excellent service. We were very pleased with the food at the à la carte restaurants: the meat was presented very impressively at the grill restaurant, and the pies at the Lebanese restaurant were superb. At lunch and dinner, they serve chilled wine of decent quality. A beautiful sandy beach, spacious, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas; fresh towels were always available for exchange. The entry into the sea is convenient, and there are areas for swimming in deeper water. You can swim without special footwear without any worries. We have only positive memories of this resort. See you again!

This was my third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing. This time, I was placed in a building across the street instead of the main hotel. The receptionist claimed this was because my reservation was for a “garden view” room. This explanation does not make sense, as the main hotel building also offers garden-view rooms. There is also no logical reason why I would intentionally book a room across the street and have to cross the road to access the buffet. When I raised this concern, the receptionist was dismissive, insisted the room placement was correct, and offered no reasonable solution. The only option presented was to pay an additional $30 per night to move to the main building. When I stated that I would document the issue in a review, his response was simply, “As you like.” Unfortunately, this interaction, along with the lack of flexibility and disregard for a returning guest, significantly impacted my experience. I would think twice before booking again.

Many rules. This hotel staff trick people to the money! They give you something and after want that they want money. They sell glass of wine at price for the bottle of wine!

Hard beds. Old, stained bathtub. Towels were terrible.

We were treated like criminals instead of guests. Staff were rude, intrusive, and constantly watching us — there was no privacy or peace at any point. The bathtub was filthy, the bed was hard, and management showed no concern or accountability. We left feeling violated and disrespected. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
