Perfect No thing

Nothing I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. They attempted to charge me extra money without clearly explaining why, which made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated. In addition, many important details about the hotel, services, and fees were never explained when I checked in. Instead of providing clear information, the staff left me to figure things out on my own. Good customer service is based on honesty, transparency, and clear communication, and unfortunately, this hotel failed in all of these areas. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their customer service and become more transparent with their guests.

Everything you'd want from a hotel stay — spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a team that genuinely seemed happy to help rather than just doing their job. The food surprised me in the best way, well above my expectations. Location was a big win too. the beach was clean and sandy but you must have sea shoes. Would book again without hesitation. Car parking was not shaded.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ahmed Mohammed and Neveen Shohdy at the reception, and Merna Georges at the Gourmet Restaurant for their exceptional kindness and dedication. Their efforts made my vacation an unforgettable experience. Everything The dessert selection could be better.

Service is above expectations Nothing

It is all perfect , facilities , location , beach and food . The most exceptional were the services all over the place , very pleasant and helpful, everyone meets you with a smile and wiling to help without even asking , they all look to ensure you enjoy it , special thanks to Ahmed and Nour in the main Pure life hotel restaurant and also Bishoy Saeed from front desk for going the estra mile to support our stay till the last minute . My stay at Pirelife Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The bed was supremely comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard, and turn-down service was discreet and thorough. The entire hotel felt spotless and well cared for. Service across the property was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered — concierge, restaurant servers, spa therapists, and housekeeping — was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Requests were handled promptly and with a smile. Dining was a highlight. The hotel restaurant offered a creative, varied menu with beautifully presented, flavorful dishes made from fresh ingredients. Breakfast had an excellent selection and attentive service even during busy periods. Room service was prompt and maintained the same high standard. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding: a relaxing spa with skilled therapists, a clean and well-equipped fitness center, and a lovely pool area ideal for unwinding. Meeting spaces were modern and functional, which was great for mixing business with leisure. Location is superb — conveniently close to major attractions and transport links, yet peaceful enough to relax. Considering the exceptional quality of the rooms, service, dining, and amenities, Pirelife Hotel offers outstanding value. Highly recommended for couples, families, and business travelers. It is really wonderful place for staycation as a couple. It was really amazing experience. Staff were so good the receptionist Mahmoud attia and Bishoy are amazing people , friendly and absolute helpful . Food, staff, atmosphere everything was so perfect. The only thing which we didn’t that was our stay we booked only for 3 nights. It deserves a long staycation with your partner.
