Magic all inclusive program, pools and lazy river. I was disappointed by the way the staff treated us. They were unfriendly and unprofessional, which made our stay much less enjoyable specially with the Egyptian people.

One evening, crab was served for dinner. Most of us were not interested in seafood, but a few of us wanted to try the crab. Unfortunately, it ran out before we had a chance to get any. It wasn't a major issue, but it was disappointing, especially since only a few of us wanted it.

And most of the stuff not all of them Not a 5-star hotel. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The furniture in the rooms looked very old and everything had an unpleasant smell. In addition, the food quality was very poor. This experience does not reflect what I expect from a 5-star hotel, I honestly can’t understand how this hotel received such a high rating.

Family friendly To be honest, I didn’t enjoy my stay at this hotel. The food was below average and didn’t meet my expectations. More importantly, I never felt welcomed by the staff. From the moment I walked into the hotel, everyone seemed stressed and unapproachable, which made the overall atmosphere feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience I was hoping for

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was generally very good at à la carte restaurants exceeded my expectations, especially the Sky Restaurant, which was my favorite, followed by the Italian restaurant. The quality of both the food and the service was excellent (only available if you reservation is 5 nights or more. The beach itself was nice and well maintained(keep in mind it requires to use golf car to reach it as it is Aldu hotel), and the beach service was very good. However, the sea was disappointing because there were many large rocks, making it difficult to enjoy swimming even while wearing sea shoes. The main restaurant offered a good variety of food, but the taste was average compared to the excellent quality of the à la carte restaurants. The hotel Wi-Fi was the biggest disappointment. The internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable. Most of the time, we could barely browse the internet or even check social media, which was very frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very comfortable, and my kids had an amazing vacation. The restaurants offered a great variety of food, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. My niece and I celebrated our birthdays during our stay, and the surprise decorations and treats in our rooms made it extra special. A special thank you to Ms. Madona for her exceptional hospitality. We look forward to coming back! The only minor downside was that personal toiletries, such as toothpaste, were not provided in the room initially. However, as soon as we informed the staff, they delivered them immediately. Their prompt response and excellent service were truly appreciated.

The only downside was the beach. It was somewhat rocky, which made entering the water a little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
