We were so happy to come back to this hotel for the sixth time! It truly feels like coming home. This time, my son celebrated his birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff surprised him with birthday wishes. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our day even more special. The food was excellent, as always. The main restaurant offers a great variety of fresh and delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so everyone can find something they enjoy. We also had a great time at the foam party ? it was so much fun! The evening dance shows were entertaining and created a wonderful atmosphere every night. Check-in was quick and easy, the reception team was friendly and professional, and we were very happy with our room. Once again, we had an amazing holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We can't wait to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The elevators were extremely slow so you would take from 10 ~ 20 minutes to switch floors

Everything was perfectly organized, and the staff were so nice! They truly care about the little details and constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. And the food was incredible!

Only one thing made the score only 9 not 10: The show i attended was inappropriate for childeren and for the Egyptian culture and traditions at all with no previous disclosure on that. The hotel was having too many Egyptian guests at that time and simply it was a major fault from the hotel to make such a show with no respect to Egyptian traditions and families who are having childeren with them

The facilities, the animation team. Karim the recipient was very helpful and keen to make our stay great . The hotline reservation is dysfunctional and doesn’t service the customer at all . Very bad experience.. they kept me waiting on hold serval times for almost 20 min without any respond .

Having travelled with my autistic son, a friend and 2 younger children, I had some concerns about how this trip would be...I realised that I had absolutely nothing to worry about During meal and leisure times, the helpful service and warm welcome to the restaurant and poolside areas continued and we truly felt at home, being cared for by family. The teamwork on display to keep the facilities clean and tidy was fantastic to see and on the rare occasion any issues came up, they were dealt with very quickly. Spa, gym and beauty salon facilities and staff were fantastic. Overall, this is easily one of the best resorts I have stayed in and none of us wanted to leave! Massive thanks to Karim and the team for making our first ever trip to Egypt so pleasantly memorable, we hope to visit you (and room 1516) again soon. Everything was great, starting from the first call with Mr. Karim and the easy check-in process with Mr. Ahmed at the reception. All the staff are very friendly. I had a difficult situation in the sea when I faced trouble swimming, but the lifeguard saved me. All the staff were so helpful, and the doctor at the clinic took great care of me. Thank you to the whole team the food options needs some enhancement, and the rooms are in need of some maintenance

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting hurghada, room was very well maintained and clean with all necessary amenities, multiple pools and activities for kids. Restaurants are perfect, great food experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful, a special big Thanks to Abdelrahman in the reception, who was kindly available any time to make our stay confortable and relaxing. We also enjoyed the daily shows held in the hotel after dinner, and enjoyed the specialty restaurants especially the Egyptian and Grec ones. I will be back for sure inchaalah. All good, nothing to mention
