Family friendly, clean, friendly staff, environmental, i like the towels service flexible and hassle free, animation team and the scheduled program are amazing, location is near the airport and located on the tourist walkway street, wifi is accessible 90% everywhere. The pathway between the room and the hotel facilities looks like corridors maze and not safe for kids to walk through alone, late programs are too loud to be close to the rooms as young kids suffer sleeping until the program finish, the beach needs cleaning, the all inclusive in this hotel does not include the mini bar nor coffee machine at the room which is weird! Many other hotels are latterly all inclusive, finally the pre-booked restaurant we have tried is below lowest expectations (food portions are very small, food quality is bad, the menu has very few options, slow, poor and inconvenient service), this hotel has no snorkeling access.

My family enjoyed vacation in the hotel ,, it’s relaxing and the sea water was clear and tranquil,,the food was delicious and tasty and thanks for Mr Hany (kitchen manger) who cares about the food quality and guests satisfaction The room cleanliness and house keeping was not the best thing

Wonderful resort with a beautiful beach, excellent food, and outstanding service. Special thanks to Gamal Mustafa for being so helpful and making our stay memorable. Highly recommended! The only minor downside was that there was no bidet spray in the bathroom.

Simply amazing. I’ve been to Hurghada many times and stayed in several high-end resorts, but Jaz Elite is by far the best experience I’ve had. At first, I was a bit unsure because of its size, but honestly—even at full occupancy—it never felt crowded. Some highlights: the room was probably the best I’ve ever stayed in (I chose the deluxe for extra space—definitely worth it). The food is excellent at the main restaurant; I recommend booking at Oscar for the à la carte experience. And don’t miss the pharaonic entertainment show—it’s honestly the best I’ve seen anywhere in Egypt. What really surprised me is that it’s rated 4 stars, but the service and quality easily beat many 5-star resorts in Hurghada. It really feels more like a European standard in many ways, especially when it comes to cleanliness. The whole place is very accessible too, whether you’re using a wheelchair or have a stroller. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was really lovely. All of them, from welcoming team to cleaners and servers were friendly, joyful and professional. They make everything easy and pleasant. The hotel is noisy!!! Loud music until 10:30pm with shows or concerts and it's too late, specially if you have an early trip or an early day excursion. It is like if the sound was IN the bedroom. Also, if your neighbors are noisy, you ear everything.

Excellent hotel, beautiful views multiple pools and beach front. Plus the staff so friendly and welcoming, especially Ahmed Farid by the front desk he was so welcoming and so helpful and even though our flight was canceled he allowed us to wait for our next flight. The food is amazing. Everyday different varieties of food. They also helped us with organizing our airport taxi. And they give the best cocktails
