Clean room comfortable bed the staff was great very accommodating. We did not have breakfast because we left early but the area was nice. I felt safe and slept like a baby.

The facility was good. The door of my room had a broken hook flap. Also I was surprised by a parking fee of $10. It was not in the reservation or told me that I will be charged.

Overall good, just the AC circulation wasn't that good unless you were standing next to it. Staff were nice and professional and helpful, room was clean and whomever was responsible for the room took pride in their work.

One of my favorite touches was receiving a handwritten invitation from Rose to join them for dinner. It’s those thoughtful, personal gestures that truly set this hotel apart. The hospitality from every staff member was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious—dinner is definitely a must! While the building itself could use a little maintenance and updating, the incredible customer service more than made up for it. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay memorable. I highly recommend staying here, and if I’m ever back in Washington, this will absolutely be my hotel of choice.
