No need to charge fee for just 2 hours late check out. When customers flight is in the night

Basic hotel stay. Small rooms. Basic staff.

Clean room but no tea only coffee I think they should consider those that don’t drink coffee and provide tea in the facility.

No complaints. Great staff. I was relaxed and well rested after my stay. Easy to park and near a few dining spots.

Staff were friendly. Free parking. It smelled like weed constantly, and in fact somebody got boxing their room caused the fire alarm to go off at 2am

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very easy to get parking on site. The room was clean. However, when we got there a dirty towel was hang up on the bathroom door. The bathroom pipe was dripping and filled with rust. Shower curtain was so old. It couldn't even stay in place. I was scared to stand in the shower with a sandal. The balcony door couldn't open to go outside. That defeats the purpose of having balcony. When I mentioned it at check out I was told I should have reported it to front desk but I didn't cellular like it since I knew we were only spending 1 night. Lots of renovation needs to be done to this property as everything seemed dated.

My room had a partially functioning a/c. Front desk was very helpful with switching my room as soon as they could.

The parking lot, the elevator, it's clean The morning staff lady with the Grey hair was rude and unprofessional when I was trying explain to her that I called the front desk for early check in since am coming out of states,apart from her every other staff was great

Once I got the room changed I was comfortable Ants & dirty towels left in the bathroom

There was nothing I like about the property. It was not in a good location. The rooms were small. The parking lot had a homeless person sleeping in their car. You did not get a parking sticker to say that you were staying in the hotel so anyone could park in the parking lot except where they had signs that said designated. There was a car parked in the front of the hotel which you know had been sitting there for a while. All four tires were flat and the windows were covered up, because the windows on the car were broken out. The young man at the reception desk was nice but the lady that worked with him was not very friendly and barely spoke to us except to say to another worker oh they have a service dog. The toilet in the bathroom was very loud when you flushed it. The people that were staying at the hotel made the hotel look like it was a shelter.

Very good value, convenient location. Staff, particularly Ramesh were pleasant and helpful. Easy parking, shaded in the morning.
