Being an order on her towel it was clean and it had a washer driven floor. The only Problem which wasn't really was that we were acknowledged right away as there was no one else in front of us waiting to be Checked in was that the employees are checking us really good knowledge

Bedbugs. They charge $50 for incidentals they never refund.

This place has a down-at-the-heel vibe and - from the bullet-proof-glass cage in which the lone attendant sat, to the general mild grottiness, the experience - while not outright terrible - was one I wouldn't necessarily want to repeat.

The Amtrak trains every 2-5 minutes. Sometimes shakes the room. Beds comfortable.

Nope! These 10/10 reviews must be fake. The entire hotel smelled like smoke including our room. We got in too late to change hotels and all our stuff smelled the next day. The walls are so thin you could hear people having a normal conversation through them. Not worth it at any price.

The cost to clean laundry is very reasonable. And the staff gave fine customer service. The ice machine was broken.

Exceptional

I just don't understand why people gave a 1/5. This hotel is perfect for a few days stopover or more. The metro station is a 5 minute $10 Uber ride away and the train is a $5 15 minute ride into central Washington. The room itself was spotless with every amenity you could need. We used the restaurant next door to take food up to the room when we returned from a day of exploring and it was delicious. Contrary to the comments about the deposit not being returned, mine had been refunded to my card before I had even reached the car. In short, I found this hotel to be the exact opposite of these 1/5 reviews and I highly recommend it!

Clean rooms, easy check in...

Checking in none of the 3 ladies behind the desk greeted us. They just stared at us. We had to yell to be heard through the glass. The young lady behind the counter would never speak loud enough for us to hear her.

Location- went for musical festival at RFK and quick uber ride The beds were uncomfortable and the walls had some type of liquid stain/residue
