When we checked in, John, was so nice. Check in and out was easy. Room was good. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was incredible.

Usually at every other BW we stay at offers complimentary breakfast…. This one offers a breakfast for $10.95 per person including little ones. We preferred to just go out to eat since we had to pay anyways. The inside when you walk in was pretty

In addition, the hallway carpets are in unacceptable condition and have a strong, unpleasant odor that is noticeable as soon as you enter the lobby area. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, reviews the property's condition, and implements a plan to address these issues. With better housekeeping and maintenance, the overall guest experience could be greatly improved.

Hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Also not far from Amtrak Station.

My favorite part of the hotel was the pool. It has a beautiful lobby. However, the staff were so rude and the couches in the room had nasty stains on them and smelled like the sewer. I went for a business trip and it was conveniently located near where I needed to be. Also has great uber eats options nearby for late night meals.
