Location of this property is very good Hotel support staff were very good Before our arrival on Sunday I informed about need of interconnected rooms for our family, but I was not given interconnected until two reminders, it was very impractical, specially when my son fell sick after arriving in Hyderabad. Cleanliness - Shower area was not clean, stain on the wall, tiles were slippery TV sets were like decade old two remote feature

Excellent first impression driving up. Fancy lobby, but felt somewhat sterile and industrial. Has a multi-cuisine restaurant downstairs. We had dinner and breakfast there. For dinner, we had a fish dish that was recommended by the waiter; it was so good. The room was good; the floor and carpet had some food crumbs that had not been cleaned up. The view was toward the street, but the windows did a great job of keeping the road noise out. Gauze curtains for privacy, and blackout curtains if you want to sleep late. There are some outside restaurants and shops within walking distance; we did not give them a try. The kettle in the room leaked when we tried to use it, but housekeeping replaced it promptly. Shower was good, hot water comes out quickly, good water pressure. Typical amenities in the room. Coffee/ Tea packets, bottles of drinking water, and a minibar are in the room. The hotel is the entire space; there is no green space to walk around or relax.

Beds were horrible , rooms were uncleaned , got rash and itching just lying down on the bed. OVERALL WORST EXPERIENCE AND ZERO COMFORT AND LEAD TO HEALTH ISSUES.

Good rooms. Spacious. The massage lounge chair in the room was a nice bonus. Very good breakfast. Overall very courteous staff. My room booking included free lounge happy hours, which was a good bonus. Overall a good experience, so these are more minor nitpicks. With breakfast rush, service tends to become slow. For dinner, there could have been more vegetarian and kid-friendly options.

The hotel is luxurious and the staff are well trained and welcoming. Breakfast is a feast, offering food types from around the world. We had a large Club Room and enjoyed the evening supper and drinks at the Marco Polo Lounge. Most guests seemed to be business people, in small groups, and the tone of the Club was quiet and relaxing, but a tad serious. We were tourists, and appreciated the genuine warm welcome we received each night from Azmat. Azmat always welcomed us with a big smile and remembered our seating and wine preferences. He was the brightest spirit in the room and always made our visit special, without overwhelming the general atmosphere of the Club. As we were first time tourists to Hyderabad, we were grateful for the advice and help received from the Concierge Kishore. He organised cars and drivers for us, and provided suggestions and clarification of the sites we planned to visit. In particular, he clarified the visiting rules for the former British Residency, which we had high on our list of places to see. He phoned a travel colleague and completely reversed the visiting arrangements which are to be found generally online. We were so grateful to him. Nothing at all.

Location On the 27th night the TV opened by its self 3 times, and +18 clips was displayed !!! It took a Front Desk a while to send someone to fix it by the end of the night they disconnected the power cord and we spent the rest of our stay without TV !! Not even a single apology it seems like a it’s normal practice in this hotel.
