The hospitality and service of the hotel was pathetic. The lobby was small with just one sofa. Hotel had around 30~33 rooms and they overbooked for around 60 rooms. They did not have the courtesy to call customers and tell them that room is not available and customers were sent back without room at 9 and 10PM in the night. Pathetic response!!

Leaving. The room had multiple cockroaches, hair on the bed, and the shower was dirty. Someone was loudly cleaning the hallway at 12:45am. The building was extremely dark outside and run down inside.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and was surrounded by jewellery shops and shopping malls. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were decent. They provided hand wash and shower gels in the bathrooms. The cupboards contained lockers, and bedsheets were clean and well-maintained. No restaurant facility inside the hotel. They only offered breakfast with limited options.

It’s compact No well trained staff in professional it’s like your staying in some roadside lodge when your staying they already knows we are 2 person stil they have only one towel even though i informed twice thrice and no kits they provide unless you asked them to provide tv was there without remote I was tired asking for that 10 times until I chekd out staff was not trained expect a girl in reception was understandable but my sta was unpleasant tbh I slipped in washroom when I cheaked in same day due to washrooms slippery

The rooms, furnishings, bathroom and linen are clean and well maintained. Staff are well behaved, polite and eager to help. Location is central yet peaceful. Given the price, the breakfast and service were not upto the mark and complimentary kettle, coffee powder, tea bags were not provided. Only after numerous requests these were provided on the last day.

Comfortable bed, AC is good, quiet and dark for sleep. Mattress can be better but overall pretty comfortable room Location is very good. Plenty of shopping nearby and good connectivity in a central location Everyday maintenance is good. The place is clean Staff is professional and effective The property shows signs of wear and aging. The bathroom particularly looks old with all furnishings wearing out and grout discoloring.
