Atlantica Princess Hotel

What did we like? Everything!!! It's an exceptional hotel which really takes care of guests. It was our holiday paradise! I can't understand how the hotel staff were always so friendly, helpful and kind!!! I mean really everywhere - at the restaurants, bar, reception, housekeeping, entertainment staff - everybody was always with a smile! We enjoyed our stay very very much. We felt welcomed and taken care of. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was just amazing, many choices and always plenty of food. Lunch was served by the pool area - this was really practical. You don't need to go back to the room to change clothes, just some summer dress or shorts with a t-shirt and that's it. Rooms were spacious, nice and beds were comfortable. The beach was just about 50m away and it was a clean beach. The sea was transparent. There were two pools for kids, one was smaller with a roof for babies and the second was bigger. Then there was a big pool for adults as well as kids. The pool area was beautiful with a bridge and cozy with shadows from trees. The evening program was variable and enjoyable. We want definitely come back! There is really nothing negative to say.

The size of the room was super, family room with two rooms and two bathrooms! The pillows were very comfortable, this happens very rarely for me :) The food was amazing, and very smooth to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very friendly! Pool area was very good for the children, they were very happy. Due to late hour departure we left the room but stayed at hotel premises, I was not comfortable that the luggage room was not locked. Nothing happened, it was just not comfortable.

Shout out to aphrodite the managerfor being amazing overall. We got an earlier check in and a check out at a later time with no extra fee which is amazing. We received a bottle of wine and drinks in the fridge, baklava and fruits baskit ad a gift. The hotel is very clean and all of the staff are simply amazing and will go over and beyond to help. They have entertaintment for guests at evenings and themed food night and let me tell you the food in the evenings was really good with alot of options to choose from. The hotel is about 20 mins away from the airport by taxi and 15 mins away from Rhodes town. Nothing.

Kind and cheerful team members, helping for anything quickly. Food was really good with variety. Facility is too old. The pool is too small considering the capacity of the hotel, almost no garden, no grass to step on. Beach is close but hotel does not have its own sunbeds there.

We've stayed at Atlantica princess for 5 days, and I chose this hotel after reading hundreds of reviews. Everything was amazing. It has cosy rooms and it's close to the beach. The hotel it's a bit old, and they don't have their private beach, so you have to rent loungers (5 euros/ pp/ day). Even with this small inconvenience, we still enjoyed the water, alternating with the hotel's pool. The greatest part of this hotel is the wonderful staff. They are hard-working people with enthusiasm and people skills, trying to do everything in their power to offer an unforgettable holiday to everyone. It's somehow rare to see this level of customer service, starting with the girls at the reception, Afroditis that welcomed us, Alexandros that greeted us at the restaurant every day, the waiters, and the cleaning ladies, lady at the shop. The food was amazing, with plenty of options, even for us, that we are vegans. They have labels with alergens, so you can avoid animal products. Snacks between meals, lots of juices, good wine, and fantastic deserts. We received a welcome gift from the hotel at our arrival, a basket full of fruits, some sweets, and a bottle of red wine that we enjoyed on the terrace watching the sea. The hotel is close to the airport and Rhodos town easily reachable by taxi. It's a quiet area and we had a good night sleep compared with other hotels where there is loud music late at night. The hotel has a big pool and 2 smaller for kids with a small water slide. Activities all day to keep the guests entertained and a show in the evenings. Another thing that I noticed was that it was a lifeguard always watching the pool for everyone to feel safe. The hotel doesn't have its own private beach, and the beach is a bit wild and rustic, with no sand only pebbles. The rooms were cleaned daily, but still, it would require vacuuming not only moping the floors.

Decent breakfast and location, 15 minutes away from Rhodos down town by bus, plus 7 minutes walk from hotel to local bus stop. Not clean enough.

Lovely staff, great food, everywhere kept clean and comfy bed nothing

I only eat kosher food because I'm a Jew and there was one employee at breakfast who took care of fresh vegetables for me every morning and made my stay at the hotel perfect!! In addition, the reception staff were smiling and helped with any question, I would definitely recommend! I loved everything!!
