I really enjoyed my staying at this Hotel.. Finally one all inclusive hotel with very good quality of food and drinks. Staff was also so kind and they tried their best to make us feel comfortable. I was impressed about the fact housekeepers changed the towels every single day (I used to have clean towels every two days in other hotels). Pools were clean! I also enjoyed the live music events at the pool bar area.. My Hungarian friend who joined me to this trip was more than satisfied. Totally recommended and I'll be back next year for sure!

The staff were friendly, the hotel was in a good location and the food was reasonable. We booked the last room that they had available, and appreciate that it was called a basic room, however, there is a massive void between basic and what we received, it was like a cupboard room that you would’ve expected from an Eastern European hotel in the 70s, in brief: There were only 2 single beds and refrigerator and a chair in the room.. There was no table of any form and no dressing table. The only flat surface was the top of a massive freestanding fridge. We were on the ground floor and one of the windows only had one big curtain that was too small for the window. The showers rail was attached to the ceiling with a bathroom plug chain. The bathroom basin was cracked. The tiles in the bathroom were damaged and falling off the wall. The bathroom door was hanging off and attached by only the upper hinge. The shower curtain didn’t reach the bottom of the shower tray, so the bathroom flooded. There was a loose electrical cable trailing across the floor. The bathroom door would not shut as the handle hit the door frame. The toilet wasn’t attached correctly to the floor and rocked as you sat on it. The hotel noted that it was substandard when we checked in and referred to it as their ‘dummy’ room, we presume that it is the room staff use to sleep in at nights when on shift (actually one night at 1:00am a member of staff walked in as we were sleeping) they apologise for the room and offered us a full refund. However by this time we were already in the resort and everywhere else was full so there was no point in having a refund. We would’ve expected some money back for the room, however, this was not made available. Please think think twice before booking this accommodation the rest of the hotel was not bad at all however the attitude of management in expecting that we would have accepted such poor accommodation was diabolical.

The pool Sunchair ess not so good

Cery central hotel, we were a family with a large car in August and there was no problem with parking. The staff is very nice and kind. The rooms are quite big and you can cook in the room which is a big advantage. In addition, the balconies are beautiful towards the sea or the pool. In the evening, the pool is always active with high-volume music, and I think it can disturb quite a few people. I would recommend them to download the volume.

- The hotel Poseidonia cancelled my reservation at 7pm in the evening. I booked it by booking.com and paid also all inclusive. I was at the airport late at the evening and during my flight the whole reservation was cancelled because "it was too cheap". I was travelling alone and had no place to go. I really got scared. I went to the hotel Poseidonia, and I gotbthe room three times more expensive. They didn't even say sorry, I didnt get any breakfast or anything for their mistake. It was so crue, and unbelieveble. I really cannot trust even I have paid everything before the trip. Horrible experience. The room I got was so noisy and I heard all the car voices from the road. I coulnt sleep, I had to take my bed to the kitchen.

Spacious and comfortable room with amazing large balcony views across to Turkey. In the middle of Ixia strip plenty of choice to eat around as well as onsite. Incredible value for money.
