Receptionists are so rude. Not recommended

The price that was made through booking.com was not the price the hotel quoted me once I checked in! The hotel itself charged me an extra $1,000 dollars more than the booking. Com price! My stay there came out to $2000 for 3 nights!! The manager was extremely obnoxious and said to me this was a great price she gave me, due to not having the room available I had originally booked through booking.com! Then to make matters worse, their refrigerator was lukewarm, so they offered to refrigerate my insulin in their personal hotel refrigerator, due to this. When I asked them later that day to please get my insulin, they were giving me others medicine, and took them an hour to finally find my medicine! The place also needs a major upgrade, you would think for the price they charged me, they would have wallpaper in the rooms that didn’t peel, and would be a bit cleaner! The front desk had no knowledge of how help people with common questions of as to where the marina was to book a ferry! I’ve never in my life experienced such horrible, unprofessional and obnoxious service! Will never recommend this place to others!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Deluxe Room was an amazing surprise we didn’t expect it to be so spacious. The staff also surprised us with beautiful decorations for our wedding, which made our stay even more special. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the Chabad of Rhodes, and having a private hot tub and sauna in our room made the experience unforgettable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast. We expected a bit more variety and quality, but aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations.

New room, great views and spa services were amazing. If you get a refurbished room you are doing well. Not all rooms are equal so it is luck of the draw.

We enjoyed all the facilities the hotel had to offer including the various amenities and restaurants within the campus. The breakfast was also good. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, the convenient mini market within the hotel. The kids club was also a great offering. There were unexpected fire alarms two nights in a row around 2 and 3am in the wee hours. These were apparently triggered by someone playing around with the alarms. Whilst it was bearable for the adults to cope with sleep disruption, the little kids had a tough time as it was alarming. Not to mention, if there should be a real fire alarm people may not take it seriously.

The pool area was great, there were a lot of options for activities for the kids. Everyone in the pool brought their beach balls and other games and allowed a very calm and enjoyable stay in the pool. There were no restrictions or friction. The staff even broight out a water volleyball net for the pool for anyone to join and it was so fun. The rooms are clean and there was enough space for the four of us. We had the sea view and it was amazing! Every night and morning we went out for the view. You can see the sunset perfectly over the water. The breakfast is great, with lots of choices. We also ate in Aquamarine in the outside space overlooking the pool a few times. It was also great. The staff in the dining room and especially on the reception is very nice and helpful. And to top it all off we played mini golf in the evening before our checkout, and it was a great finale. So fun. We missed the game room and the escape room just because we didn't have enough time. We will definitely come back for them. Great hotel, great rooms, food, and activities! The beds were a bit soft for my taste but it didn't matter to me at all.

Nothing The air condition is not working properly, even after informing the reception, they didn’t do any thing, the breakfast was less then the standard, the ferneture and the toilet looks very old, the bed is totally uncomfortable

great clean gardens with lots of places to sit. an heated pool in APRIL! built within a mountain - amazing SPA prices are a bit high and no entrance for kids. there was only mini-disco at evening and no pool entertainment (in APRIL) few km from the city center but there are buses in front of the hotel - fair frequency

Breakfast was good and the location was very good. Room was cold, could not regulate it warmer. Wifi did no work in the room properly. Room was on the first floor near the dumbsters and the sound proofing was close to zero. Room had to be with a sea view but was with a view to generators. No minibar in the room

Nice Hotel. Friendly staff. We enjoyed with our kids with mini gold, padel and swimming pool Hotel was great but keep in mind that the beach is not Sandy. It is with small rocks. Kids can't really play/walk on those rocky beaches.

The spa and beach views. Close proximity to the airport. Staff. Rude and aggressive. Not friendly, smiling or welcoming. Every time I had a question that acted as if I should already know the answer. Breakfast buffet, no one ever greeted me. Housekeeper knocked on my door 1 time and quickly opened it, surprising me! She said ‘do you want me to clean your room or not!? I have to leave now’. Room service never knew what I was ordering from the menu, like they’ve never seen it or read it themselves. To order 2 items it would take 5-10 mins of them passing around the phone to each other. Then to be let down with horrible food. Just wanted a Greek salad and out came cherry tomatoes with olive powdered rubbish it on it! The communication and customer service in this hotel is absolutely rubbish. They all need training. It may be considered a 5 star hotel based on Greek standards, but not worldwide. Everything is cheaply made as they want to save money, including the food. Even the way the room is serviced. Not 5 star! My points only go towards the spa facilities and beach views. That’s it. Spa was wonderful with a great masseuse - girl with short blonde hair. She deserves an award. The bigger lady at the desk wanted me to get out of the spa, so I could make my payment before she closed the register at 7.10pm and then I could get back in. Who does that? Just unprofessional. I am writing this as someone who has had 15 years experience in hospitality and has travelled 33 countries. Lift your game Olympic Palace!

Very good

The hotel, food and facilities are excellent with a great selection of food and activities to choose from. The hotel has its own beach across the road from the hotel if you don’t want to relax around the pool. Is very close to Rhodes town and overall the staff cannot do enough for you. The only thing I disliked is the lack of English programs to watch on the TV whilst getting ready.
