The telephone and the wifi didn’t work and the receptionist told me she was alone and there is no other, worker she can send to the room to fix it. After trying for over an hour to fix it and after arguing, she found someone who finally fixed its. I was too tired and just wanted wifi to speak to my family and to sleep, this whole thing was so disappointing.

The staff was really nice, and super helpful! The location and the view is beatufiul, really close to the shore! and the airport is only 20 minutes! the hotel is really clean, huge selection of food every day! the pools are really cold! the coffee machine makes cheap, watery coffee!

Great location, easy beach excess. No food available between 5:00pm (pool snacks close) and 7:00 pm when restaurant opens. Headache after 4 draft beers, ?

Good location at the sea and short distance to Rhodos town by car. Wide variety of food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Hotel was overcrowded, public areas are outdated and worn out. Some parts of the big pool are really dirty, also no grass around the pool, only muddy and wet surface. Service at front desk and lobby bar was unfriendly. Hotel quality and value for money totally out of balance.

Hotel was lovely, great food and plenty of choice all the staff were very polite and helpfull. Location was also good nearby bars for a change of scenery and a nice trip to rhodes old town 15 mins in a taxi. The beach across the road was also great excellent week. The reception was excelllent liked when we booked a taxi you get a slip with taxi number and cost. Also self service beer taps an soft drinks good. Maids had an habit of taking room card when cleaning and had to ask for cards back on a few occaisions as we had two cards we might have been charged if we didn't return both when checking out. Fridge in the room didn't really make much difference didn't keep water cold more tepid, although would still return didn't spoil the holiday just slight inconvienances.

Food was okay but nothing exceptional. Location close to the beach very good with hotel’s own beach excellent! Gym very good with great equipmentf! Tennis possibility perfect- I advice to bring your rackets and balls with you. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Food could have been better. The beds in were two beds Instead of one big bed - not ideal for a couple ?. In the evening the entertainment with music was all too loud!! Impossible to stay outside. It was impossible to get a taxi to the hotel they were using perhaps a company which was not having sufficiently capacity but we never got one. Also the public buses were mainly crowded and it was impossible to get onboard.

The room was very modern and clean, no problems with room and looks just like photos We personally did not like the food and thought it was quite bland but this is to be expected with buffet food. However, we are used to more seasoning in our food, some people may like though so down to personal taste

The hotel is well kept with staff cleaning after everyone constantly. Truly, kudos to the team for keeping the place so spotless. The staff are all very very kind and seem willing to help. Staff at the restaurant are also very kind. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are switched out every day. The variety of food at the pool bar is really great and really what you'd like to get when you're next to the pool. Fries, pizza, gyros, tzatziki.... Enjoyed it the most out of my stay - I found the food during dinner to be mostly disappointing and bland. - My shower head broke down but it was promptly fixed within less than an hour, so no complaints, things happen - The air conditioner can not be set to lower than 20C, which in my opinion isnt cold enough, the room is still warm. - AC turns off when you leave the room, so you cant come back to a chilled room - Drinks during the day are OK, Mostly beer and wine, drinks during the night however - are 100% watered down, I would not be surprised if the beer at night was 0% alcohol. Wine is also very watered down, at least feels like it. - Sun beds are hard to get if you dont reserve one with a towel.

The food, the beach and the location were simply perfect ?? The employees were very friendly and helpful. It would be better if there were snacks we could eat while sitting by the pool or in the lobby in the evening. The activities were also a bit weak, events involving Greek culture should also be included.
