Food was above average for AI. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi not reliable. Glass doors and wall to bathroom. No privacy at all.

Reception staff very helpful. No towels or water in the gym. Food that was meant to be hot in the buffet was luke warm. Wine awful. Pool areas too crowded, could not get sunbeds.

Welcoming staff, very clean, bus stop outside! Lots of pools to choose from. Sunbeds get towels on at 6am (says you can't do that but people do), People take outside tables early too

The room was spotlessly clean, as were the hotel facilities. The pizza and gyros in the afternoons were really nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful The food in the restaurant was ok, but more often than not it was cold. There weren't enough sunbeds available for all guests, and some had towels on them all day, but no one used them, despite the notices saying sunbeds couldn't be reserved with towels. The all-inclusive drinks were poor, the beer was flat, gin and vodka tasted odd, and the cocktails were like drinking syrup.

The staff were great, food enjoyable and room was clean. Not enough sunbeds around the pool, was an effort to get one in a morning.

Due to the wild criminal fires in South East Rhodes we were forced to leave the villa we rented and move north of the island, preferably close to the airport, since we had two more nights before our flight. So our stay was unique in the aspect that we were forced to evacuate. What made us choose this hotel were these 2 things: 1 - Family room. This is a rare setting to find, but the fact we had two single beds in the entrance, with a closed room in the back with double bed, was a winner for us. 2 - Car park in front of the hotel. A rarity in such a crowded place. Maybe because 80% of it is being used by the resident rent-a-car company, but we wanted a place to find solace from the stressful wild fire menace and parking the car in front of the hotel was a key aspect in the selection criteria. The extra advantages we found were: 3 - Restaurant. I mean this restaurant is a well oiled machine, efficient, with a star at the helm: the manager Anita, who was extremely kind and attentive to us. Several options for food, and from all 3 meals we had we had nothing but positive experiences. 4 - At a 7 minute walking distance you can find sunbeds you can rent with Maria for 15 euros / day. Not cheap, but since most sea front in this area is taken by resorts, this was the only chance to enjoy one last beach (normal) day. It's the red parasols tiny place between the Olympic Palace and Rhodes Bay hotel. When we arrived, the night entertainment was in full swing and since this huge noise is in the front of the hotel, checking in at reception was impossible. I couldn't hear anything from the reception staff. The family room we where assigned forced us to walk with our bags all the way until the back of the hotel, and then come back again into the main street direction through a lateral path, making a U shape route. When we finally arrived at our family room in a detached small building on the right side field we realised that there was a gate to the car park where we had our car. I asked the staff if they could open up the gate for 5 seconds so I can bring the rest of the bags, but the answer was no without even considering how insane is to go the whole length of the hotel twice in each trip to the car. For this aspect alone we would not even consider this resort in the future if we were to come back to this region. Finally the family room although of the size we wanted still has two big problems: (1) the toilet is extremely small (2) The door has a glass insertion which floods the front room with sunlight at 6am.

Hotel was nice and clean. Food was awesome (for all-inclusive, but you cannot compare it with some local restaurant). a different dinner is served every day of the week, so you don't have to eat the same meal every night. Also the greek court is awesome, especially, if u need early/late lunch. Lots of seniors at the hotel (we didnt new that before our stay), we were quite shoked, but then we were really happy about it. It was really calm. Pool was really crouded. But we didnt mind. We walked every day to the beach. Beach is not by the hotel and it takes u about 10 minutes walk, but nothing horibble, and we actually enjoyed the walking.

staff here are excellent and work very hard to accommodate any requests. it’s friendly and welcoming. all inclusive loads of quality food and some specials nights. near to Rhodes town and airport. lots of local shops and bars. 2 pools with plenty of beds. nice clean room and comfortable bed. new towels daily and maid service. kettle and fridge in room. nice shower plenty of hot water. with children and it feels safe and not noisy at night after 22:00. local entertainment small show most nights. ixia as a resort town is family based. it’s relatively cheap to stay. Nothing with hotel really it’s quiet typical for area. The road outside is busy and crossing is difficult with children. The hotel is smaller than some of surrounding places so facilities like beach area are not provided but the beach is stoney and rocky anyway. although being small makes it more personal. if you like full on busy entertainment and music/dancing kind of place it’s probably not for you.

Rooms are small, food was far bellow expectations. Bar facility was poor. Long walk to the beach.

All inclusive element worked well despite covid. Had stayed at Mitsis Grand a few nights before all inclusive yet the system used at Oceanis was far better (despite Mitsis being 5 stars). Meals excellent and drinks good. No complaints. Air conditioning was weak but adequate. Was there during heat wave. Happy with everything
