Nice big room and bathroom. Breakfast was good.
-
No air conditioning, Probably because the building is a little bit old. We had to keep the door open at night for cool air to come in.
-
Very nice location and natural surroundings especially for those who did their vacation by car. Bus station just in front of the hotel if you want to visit the city of Innsbruck

This new hotel offers a beautiful view. Each room also has a lovely balcony with a stunning mountain view. The staff is supportive. The breakfast is delicious Since it’s summer, the room is quite hot, and there’s no air conditioning or fan inside. The balcony is open, allowing other room occupants to come near your room, which I didn’t like.

No refill on coffee pod for 2 night stay. I asked but got rejected

Amazing breakfast and nice staff No separate walking lanes, but irrelevant with the hotel.

Room big & clean. Could need a bit refresh to be perfect. Place was quiet during the night despite room view on the road. Atmosphere in the mornign was nice to prepare the road. Nothing, really.

We spent 4 days at this property and it was amazing: it's located 1 bus stop from Patscherkofel (or just a 10-minute walk with kids, a little bit uphill). Breakfast: amazing — fresh berries, pastries, a variety of cheeses, etc. We were completely surprised. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and clean; it seems that the hotel had a renovation recently. Transportation: a bus stop is just in front of the hotel. The bus goes directly to Innsbruck and passes all the villages with restaurants and cafés on its way. Kindly recommend this property, we'll definitely come back! We did not have a fridge in the room. Later, we discovered that there is a common fridge in the lobby area. Also, it would be fantastic if the kitchen also served food - just a kind suggestion; and after 8-9:00 PM, we noticed a smell from the nearest farm; it's not crucial, but if you plan to spend evenings on the terrace, it might be problematic.

Delicious breakfast, excellent location near Pasterkofel for skiing (a short five mins walk) and spacious, clean rooms. Amazing mountain views and friendly staff. Free hot squash and cake, and the basement sauna space was surprisingly large!

Big and comfortable room. Great breakfast and friendly staff No bar in the evening
-
Excellent location, comfortable room, and great breakfast. They could have given some more info about what to see and do in the area.

Location None

Just a small comment: "Coffee" available in the room means only two of those 3-in-1 powder coffees which is not great coffee to start with and definitely not enough for two people for two nights if both drink coffee.

This hotel/guest house up in the mountains above Innsbrook was very cute and we were delighted to arrive and experience it. There were cake and warm drinks on offer upon entering. The hostess seemed nice and we checked in within a reasonable amount of time. We were very excited that across the street from the hotel was the Innsbrook bobsled track. The room itself was cute and the bed was good, although not great. The bathroom had terrible bathroom lighting and no places to hang our hand towels that were convenient to the sink. We really wanted to try out the sauna, but unfortunately, it closes daily at 6:45, and we had intended to use it after dinner that evening. We were excited to come back and possibly sit in front of the fire, but when we arrived back around 7pm, the fire was down to just coals, and we could not get it going again. The hostess saw us trying, and did not offer to help. We asked for extra pillows twice during our stay, and both times we were promised they would arrive, and both times they never arrived.

Excellent location, great view on the mountains. Very cozy hotel, rooms are big and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Free parking. Great place to stay for couple of days or week. None

It was a good experience

The air in the room did not feel fresh and the balcony is shared with another room, which takes away some privacy.

The beautiful surroundings in the mountains and the staff. Breakfast was also very good. A great hotel for people with a car and families and they welcome dogs. Too far away (about 9k) from the historic center which meant I had to get a 20minute bus ride into town and also into the next village to get dinner. The property does give you a welcome card which covers the transport for the length of your stay. A great hotel for travelers with a car, families and dogs.

I was comfortable in my hotel room. The view was beautiful. Also liked that I was able to hike near the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. It was all very good. May parking. I came in late on the first night and there were not any parking spaces available. But I figured it out.

A family room is on the ground floor, and it is a bit too close for the ground and the passage - so you can hear people outside talking, smoking. But it was not a bit concern, as it is a quite hotel and there were no loud noises.
