Rooms were spacious and clean. Employees were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and we had 3 rooms and were very happy with our stay. Wifi never worked in any of the rooms.

Good location close to the train station and night market . Staff were all friendly. Hotel has bicycles available for guests. Overall I thought it was good value and would stay again. Breakfast options were very limited for Western tastes. The mattress was not uncomfortable, but certainly on the 'firm' side of things (common in Asia). Rooms and fixtures were a little tired and worn, but otherwise functional.

Room service was excellent and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps the variety of breakfast menu can change on various day, and more kids friendly menu.

Very comfortable older hotel which is well maintained. The hotel is beautiful and inn a good central location, close to the bus station and acroccross from the night market. There is some external noise during waking hours but quiet at night.

Great location , good size for the room for family with 2 kids . Staff as well were responsive , provided baby bathtub as well when was we checked in with an infant . Thanks so much ! Nil

Good location. Near the station and night market. Plenty of options since there are also a lot of restaurant near the hotel. Very big and nice bathroom. Small window in the room so not much natural light goes into the room.

Variety of choice for food, nice restaurant to sit down enjoying tasty food, that provide full energy to enjoy the lovely city - Yilan. I did not experience this time

Location The musky smell in the lobby and the corridor was over-powering. I think it was smell of mouldiness - bad for the health of guests and staff. I found on last day that the smell was gone - the ventilation was switched on? The bathroom water didn’t drain well - a bit choked
