Our stay at SantAnna Luxury Suites was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Sofia and Irene made us feel not like guests, but like family. Their warmth, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned an amazing hotel into an unforgettable experience. They paid attention to every small detail and went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible sunset dinner they arranged for us. They reserved a table in a breathtaking location overlooking the caldera, perfectly timed for sunset. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is maintained to the highest standards, creating a peaceful, luxurious, and relaxing atmosphere. Another great advantage is the location. It is in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the crowded areas and only a 3–4 minute drive from Santorini’s most breathtaking viewpoints, the caldera, and the island’s best restaurants. for us it was perfect! we will be happy to come back again! nothing we didnt like, all was extoridinarary

There are a lot of luxury hotels in Santorini but the level of hospitality presented by Sofia, the hotel manager, and her entire team is of another level! They made our short time in Santorini truly unforgettable. Thanks also to Irene, the amazing receptionist who made sure our check-in experience is super smooth. This property is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay special. Wish the pool was heated. Also wish we didn’t have to preorder or breakfast.

Sofia was amazing! Always willing to help us. Private pool was unheated, but apparently thats how it works in all santorini.

Amazing breakfast with fresh ingredients and good choice served daily to the room. Sophia and Iliana at reception go above and beyond to welcome you in the property, explain key parts of the island and even provide you with a guide of restaurant recommendations based on their own experience. The staff at this hotel truly make the stay special! Very spacious room and clean.

It would be nice to have a couple of table lamps to use so many overhead lights would not have to be on. Also the hose on the toilet washer could have been a bit longer. The fitting seemed to leak a little because it would not stay fully shut off.

The staff is amazing! Sophia and Iliana are incredible helpful with local recommendations on food, places to see and best ways to navigate the island. Our room was spacious, clean, contemporary/elegant with all the amenities you hope for when traveling. Sophia helped us get a rental car brought to the property so that we could explore more of the island than we planned originally. We found the location between Oia and Fira to be great with walking access to Imerovigli. Nothing. We loved our stay and would recommend others stay here!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Staff was exceptional, breakfast was intentional, mocktails were delicious and overall we so enjoyed the area!

Everything! This is an intimate, stylish and comfortable property with just about every amenity you can imagine. We stayed here for my destination wedding—the staff, the stay, the service, the accommodations were incredible. Certainly comparable with much (much) more expensive properties on the Island. When family were complaining about their less than desirable experience at a hotel near by, Sofia (the manager) was the first to invite them to come over and use our pool and spend their time here with us. The attention to detail and commitment to the customer is truly exceptional—stay here, you will find no better experience in Imerovigli or the Island! Nothing, I couldn’t stay forever!

The staff is amazing. The location is perfect! We wanted peace and quiet, yet close to everything -we rented a car and the hotel have a parking lot next to the room. The staff recommended us the cruise which was amazing, and also helped us with dinner reservation and made sure we get the best table with the view. Overall, there is a reason why this hotel rank is high. They earned it!

Everything! But really the staff were AMAZING. Hotel employee found us an alternative plan within minutes when our initial excursion fell through and it ended up being the trip highlight. Hotel employee Also so kind and gave us tips for our time in Athens.

Bathroom had an odor but that’s common at all hotels in the Greek islands
