Pearl Inn Hotel

Rooms were as pictured nice and clean. The pool was beautiful. Jola was very helpful and always available for questions and to help !

Kristina was great! She’s such a big help with getting around. The property is also super clean! There’s not much around it to walk to. So plan to need a ride most places but you have a nice quiet room to come back to.

There was a lot of hair on the bedroom and bathroom floor (perhaps the cleaning was a little rushed so that we could check in early, but a little more attention to this would not hurt). We only went for breakfast on the first day and then decided to skip it - the coffee wasn't great and some of the food items were kept under a heater and became quite dry.

The hostess is amazing. The infinity pool is beautiful and has amazing views. It is at a but distance from the city. But nearby you can access the Fira-Oia walking route (which has breathtaking views).

This was a highly anticipated trip for us as it was our second time in Santorini. We initially wanted to stay in our original villa but it was booked up for our dates. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Pearl Inn. The service was amazing. I was initially greeted by Dorina who assisted me in getting my missing bag from the airport. I also want to thank Maria who was so kind and helped me book my spa treatment. They were both always ready help and give me advice. The breakfast was really nice and the venue was beautiful and clean. We were always greeted by Giorgios every morning. He went out of his way on our second day to make me a personalized breakfast without me even asking because there was an ingredient I don’t like. He remembered from this from the first day. Thank you so much! To end my stay, I received a massage from Olga. She did a really good job! Overall our stay was super relaxing and peaceful. We really appreciate the team for making our trip so special. Ευχαριστώ πολύ and see you again very soon! ?

We absolutely loved our stay, the location was amazing, only a 15min walk to our favourite part of Santorini, Imerovigli. The staff were exceptional and super helpful, thank you to George for being so friendly, we hope to come back and see you again soon! 100% would stay here again!

Amazing

Our stay was perfect, the hotel and facilities were fantastic, impeccably clean and staff all lovely and friendly. Special thanks to George the chef who made us fabulous food daily and became our good friend by the end of the week as did Stamatis the barman, also making our last day very enjoyable! Dorina the receptionist is lovely and helpful. Friendly staff during breakfast too. Wonderful breakfast. Would be nice to also have facial tissues in the room too.

We like nothing in this disaster ! Bed are uncomfortable. Mattress is a joke. In the bathroom smile, the canalization. This smile come under the door in the room and You can sleep without open door. Our bad experience in all our holidays. This hotel is a disaster. It is located directly with the room door on the main road between Fira and Oia. The full traffic is on your door. You can relax you can sleep. The construction is a light construction, wood, and rigips, when it’s a little bit windy, you mean you are in in a full storm. You heard everything from right and left from front every bird to her no isolation nothing. The owner from the hotel is a disaster we ask for earlier cancellation. We can find a solution Together. The owner catch our money and this is it. It is not acceptable. Please believe me A message for all what want to book this hotel. And at the last, it is not a hotel It is not a Pension It is just a poor construction with a little face from a building to Induce you in error and to can catch your money. This is the real word catch !!!

It was really pretty and clean! -

We had a wonderful stay at the Pearl Inn! To start, the staff is incredibly nice and always ready to assist us - we had amazing restaurant recommendations also! The location is really good, right in the middle of the island so you can explore easily and the hotel itself is really peaceful. There is a road in the front but that doesn't bother at all. Everything was really clean also. Would 100% recommend! Nothing major to add. It would be good to have some food options available at the bar but, other than that, we had a great stay!

Superb

New modern facilities with beautiful view from our balcony and from the swimming pool area. Nice and friendly staff. The chef made pancakes for the kids every morning for breakfast. The hotel is located next to a busy road so you can hear traffic noise all night as the windows are not sound proof. The hotel doesn't provide any transfer to the town Imerovigli which is 2 minutes away by car but a taxi ride costs 15 euros. You can walk up Imerovigli on an unpaved path through some fields up a hill which is not recommended for families with kids. Breakfast is not great (the only fruit was watermelon) and is in a dark and hot room with no view.

Nice and new hotel, with large rooms (small bathroom). Pool area very comfortable with lovely expansive view. Location in convenient between two bus stops but no footpaths so walking on a tight road to get to them. It was difficult to get clear information on the bus stop locations and walking path locations. A shame they don’t serve breakfast in the upstairs restaurant with the great view. We lost power on our final morning (including water) which made it difficult to get ready for our flight.
