Ava the front of house contact tried very hard Nothing else Restaurant food was small, expensive and poor quality For a 5 star hotel Food offering was very poor Breakfast was a disaster each day, we were a table of 9, only one day in 4 did all the food actually get delivered, even though we chased it, staff had zero care and attention Smell in hotel was horrible and the 4 bed villa we chose was impossible to have a relaxed stay as you had to go through one room to get to the top floor bedroom, very child unfriendly Ava tried hard to give us fruit etc but never managed to address the restaurant issue Isolated resort which I can’t find a reason to stay at, family unfriendly, to far out of town and not delivering the experience for food etc that you must do in such a resort. Gym was small too Expensive mistake

The location is sensational, with an amazing view of the sea and mountains (if you have a room facing that way). The hotel is also conveniently located just outside a small town, so it's tranquil but you can get to other restaurants and activities within a 5min walk. Our room was nice and spacious, with a private pool overlooking the bay. The hotel in itself looks nice and modern with attentive staff. The overall issue is value. For a high day-rate, our room was not properly noise-insulated, which affected our rest, and the breakfast, especially the bread and pastries, could be better. Lunch, drinks and dinner, though of reasonable quality, were not great value, especially considering some of the fantastic options within a 10min walk from the hotel. Same with service; we encountered an issue with a booked excursion, and the resolution could have been handled better. Overall, the experience was very good but could be enhanced to better align with the rates charged.

It was a very nice experience, the hotel is wonderful and the staff are very helpful... the view is amazing... the food is more than wonderful... the location of the hotel is very excellent... they are distinguished By free transportation trips to the Oia area. I will miss them Nothing

The room was amazing The pool area and the smell of the surrounding area! Also fitness center is poor compare to the rest of the quality of the hotel

The staff was Superb . They try to make your stay super memorable

The view, breakfast and service! It was my husbands 30th and the team filled the room with birthday balloons! They have redone the pools in the rooms and the edges are now rough to touch whereas before they were smooth. The waterfall pool wasn’t clean, a lot of dead bugs so we didn’t use that which was a shame.
