The water in the hot tub in the room is not warm/hot. This was disappointing as we could not use it at all

Teapot is plastic. Nowadays we all know how terrible is to use plastic in hot or freezing temperatures, please replace the teapots for coffee and tea.

Perfectly Everything

Beautiful property. Private balcony with plunge pool and caldera view. Beautiful spacious suite. Breakfast brought to the room every morning. Perfect location in uncrowded inerovigli right on the walking path and right below a mini mart. The only thing was the breakfast a couple of the days were a little later than we would have liked. They give you a time and can’t bring everyone’s breakfast all at once so on our first day there we didn’t get breakfast til 10. But the other days we were able to tell them when we wanted it so it worked well those days.

I went with a friend and we had two rooms. The view was great.

The hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very gentle! The breakfast was wonderful, and it was carried to the room. The jacuzzi in the suite was wonderful. I had a problem with the clothes. I used the hotel's laundry service, and all my clothes were wet when I arrived in the room. Therefore, I had several problems drying my clothes. However, the hotel did not charge me for the laundry service.

The location was perfect overlooking the Caldera and a side view of Skaros rock. I traveled with a friend who had a separate room. Mine was the Pearl which is a good room for one person. The Felicity would be good for two people. Nevertheless, I was able to have an in-room massage, it was a tight fit for the table, Breakfast was delicious and the staff George and Samantha were fabulous. The breakfast ham/cheese sandwiches made good lunches. The yogurt and honey very tasty and scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked. All the support staff were great and thorough in the cleaning and friendly. I felt like I was staying with friends versus a hotel. I cannot say enough about the views in the morning and evening when eating breakfast or unwinding from a full day of sightseeing. On the pathway between Fira and Oia. To get the view you do have steps, but we were on the 2nd level down with a small public pool area. That was relatively empty as I was the only one swimming as the water was "refreshing" in early May. The hotel arranged a Taxi from pickup from the airport. The location is also very close to a grocery store and convivence store. It was walkable into town for restaurants. I enjoyed Mama Lena to eat. You can get delivery to your room. I really cannot say enough nice things about the location, helpfulness of staff, and views. I didn't visit exo Gialos beach but my friend did. That I could not stay longer.

Would have liked a more prominent name sign, especially when arriving g after dark.

The view was absolutely stunning. The staff was very friendly and polite. The neighborhood was quiet. We booked the large golden suite specifically for the outdoor hot tub but it was not hot and the jets did not function properly. The indoor hot tub was very musty smelling and down right cold so we did not use.

Mina was so helpful. She added so much value to our stay. Felt very athletic.

Views! Comfortable bed and clean large room. Loved how big the room was. Generous breakfast. It can get noisy above you as people slide chairs etc. No grocery store nearby - just a mini-market/souvenir shop - but they are very nice!

Beautiful views and very clean. The staff, especially Mina and Stefanos are so kind and helpful. A lot of food for breakfast. They bring your breakfast to your room every morning and you get to eat and watch the beautiful views. Sometimes it was noisy when people would move furniture in another room or if the wind is really high. The Jacuzzi’s and swimming pool are cold so you don’t really use them. They just look pretty. For the price I could not complain because the view more than made up for it! These are all views from my room.

The room wasn’t what I expected at all and neither was our balcony/patio space.

The location and view are tremendous! The property and all amenities are outstanding. The staff, especially Rhei, were very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Santorini and Imerovigli. Because it was the off-season, there weren’t a lot of choices in terms of open restaurants and shops.

Too close to everyone

The hot tub is not really hot and it’s not so private.

The property had a great view and the breakfast every morning was fantastic. There were several good restraints nearby that were walking distance and the bus stop was fairly close so that you could get to the other towns easily. It was nice how close it was to a path that would take you to the other towns (although several miles— good for running) The bed could have been a bit more comfortable if I am being honest. Furniture was a bit lack luster.
