The privacy of the room that we choose was amazing. Staff was super helpful. Shot out to Joanna for making our trip wonderful and guiding us during our stay.
-
Our host Joanna was exceptionally hospitable from the moment we made our booking. Reaching out on WhatsApp with regards to information, airport pickup, reservations, trips and to dos. The staff were super attentive from taking our bags to the room, responding to queries, bringing our breakfast and ensuring everything was perfect. The location and the views are spectacular. Nothing

The second room they gave us was good But they renovated the Place and nothing looks white anymore First they gave us a really small room and does not look like the rooms in Booking and then when I talked to them about the room they kept insisting it’s the same thing and they didn’t change my room until the second day The photos i used from the first Jaccuzi

Amazing hotel with the best views
-
Very luxurious and great staff. Beautiful views Not their fault but 62 stairs to get to the reception area. Oh my.

This stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Dennis, the owner, along with the entire morning staff, were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel so welcomed. The property itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. And the view—honestly breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning Caldera views each day felt surreal and was easily one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a place that combines exceptional hospitality with unforgettable scenery, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough. Absolutely nothing bad to report.

Everything Nothing
-
The daily breakfast overlooking the ocean, most beautiful sunset, the very kind staff, the perfect location that isn’t over crowded like Oia but plenty of restaurants to walk to nearby
-
Simply exceptional, the private jacuzzi and terrace were perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset, and enjoying the beauty of Santorini in complete privacy. Our suite was elegant, spacious, and spotless, with great attention to detail. Breakfast served in the room was delicious and beautifully presented, and the cocktails and food on-site were fantastic.

We decided not to stay there because the room that was assigned to us smelled a lot loke sewage. Hotel staff refused to accommodate us in a different room and denied a refund.

The view of the caldera was amazing. The rooms were well kept and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The walking distance from Fira was exactly what we were hoping for, as this area was not nearly as busy with tourists. The staff helps you carry your bags down the steps, which was essential, even with light suitcases. The steps to get to the property were a downside, but you will have to experience this almost anywhere you stay in Santorini. Also, the hot tub was comfortable, but could be a little warmer (especially for November).
-
Unlike the other suits , these suits offer privacy and the best location to watch the sunset and all Caldera! Highly recommended.
-
Location Hot tub wasn’t hot; staff seemed tired, a little unfriendly
-
Their cave room very specious and view is amazing The first were they assigned us was a small room and they were saying that I booked room with the deal. But outside light was not working. But the manager and other staff were really goods they changed our room next morning.
-
The Caldeira view The mattress was too soft and the proximity to room neighbors for our room.
-
We really loved the view and our room was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! We had to wake up early one morning and they made an exception to prepare our breakfast before the normal schedule (it was delicious too)… our stay was amazing.

Beautiful room and breathtaking view

Don’t get fooled by the pictures posted

The view was spectacular and the breakfast excellent. The facilities could be a little hit and miss. Needed to request tea mug, kettle, glasses . A little warning about the walk down and up would have been good.

The location and sunset view were incredible in the honeymoon suite.
