Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful, and the view from our terrace was stunning. Each morning, a generous and delicious breakfast was delivered to our room, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal, with excellent nearby restaurants and easy access to some of the island’s best hiking routes. We were so glad we chose to stay in Imerovigli rather than Oia or Fira, as it offered the perfect balance of tranquility, spectacular views, and convenient access to the rest of Santorini. During our stay, a gate that would normally have prevented passersby from accessing our terrace was missing. We shared our concern with the staff and suggested posting a "Private" sign to help deter people from entering the area, but unfortunately no sign was put up during our visit. While this did not significantly impact our stay, it would have enhanced the sense of privacy and security on the terrace.

Staff is excellent breakfast in room/ on balcony is wonderful. Coffee machine was broken and we couldn’t get the water hot for shower even when we pushed the button 30 minutes before
-
Steps a bit scary.

The customer service was top notch. They provided all necessary information and were always ready to help. I thought there was a private access to the beach.

We came here for our honeymoon. The location is lovely — right at the top of the hill with great views, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel has potential, but it feels a bit dated and would really benefit from some renovation. The bathrobes are quite worn and the hot tub area could use some refreshment. Overall, it doesn’t quite meet the expectations of a Small Luxury Hotel.

Such a perfect location! Staff were all so sweet and helpful.

The hotel has the perfect location. It is in a touristic area with a lot of options, but at the same time it is rather quiet around the hotel. Not too busy with guests like some other areas of the island. also the views in the hotel are to die for. The free breakfast in the hotel room options is also great with the beautiful balconies the rooms have.

Clean modern facilities with breathtaking Caldera views Breakfast could be a little better.

The hotel was more than we expected. The location was exceptional, very close to food, amenities and the most amazing view, we got an upgrade to our room ? the best surprise ever, breakfast to our room was a great detail too. The staff was great ! Always helpful sending us reminders and offering the best vibes, we are more than happy with our stay. We want to go back asap. Everything was amazing.

Location was nice. Quiet and calm. Can’t really see the 4-stars or ‘Small Luxury Hotels’ association- as it was ok. Nothing exceptional. Pool (rim) needs a clean. Staff are a little inexperienced. Early morning cleaners are noisy. No refresh prep for the pool - towels etc. Broken pool deck glass hasn’t been replaced in a year. Rooms are a little damp.

Everything. Nothing.

Excellent location! Gorgeous views from the room (we stayed in superior double). The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. The bar closes at 5pm and the breakfast could do with more vegan options (in lieu of the egg options)

The hotel has a perfect location in Imerovigli, directly on the path between Fira and Oia. The view is spectacular and the staff, particularly the reception staff, was kind and helpful in providing information and advice. Rooms are all different in size and orientation due to the location of the hotel, which is literally on the rocks. We loved the view from our room and the terrace, and from basically any part of the hotel. The room was comfortable despite the fact that it was "special" as literally being built on the rocks. Where we loved our room due to the magnificent view, we think that the reception should agree with the customer in advance the assignment of such room (if I remember well it was room 15): the reason is that the bed lies on a rock, with three (high) steps to get to the bed. Also, there is another high step to go to the bathroom. When we entered the room we were a bit surprised and worried about the convenience of such room (we arrived late in the evening so there was no chance to change to another room). The next days the staff was very helpful and proposed alternatives, but in the end we decided to stay in our room because the view was spectacular and the terrace was generously sized and private.

We had the honeymoon sweet (Room 22) at the top part of the hotel so not so many steps up and down. Our room was large, clean and very pleasant. Lovely large bed 5ft 6 or 6 foot. There was free coffee (Nespresso) and bottled water supplied in the room. Breakfast was great especially on the terrace in front of your room overlooking the caldera. The views were truly spectacular just like the pictures on line. Very relaxing, romantic and picturesque. The staff were super helpful, always happy and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Nothing really, perhaps a view from the hot tub would have been nice but being a bit fussy here.

2nd visit - still as amazing as last time. Stunning views, gorgeous rooms and pool. Super helpful and friendly staff Nothing - but be aware if you have reduced mobility there are lots of steep stairs

Stunning location, views were incredible. Layout really cool and staff super friendly. Room was slightly small but quirky and it was as described, so more our error really :)
