Was fantastic! It's in the caldera, beautiful views, the small pool was super convenient, and the staff were amazing and super helpful! They offered us help with the baby, a complimentary crib, and also assisted with taxis/other programmes. I can only recommend, super good value, if we go back, we'll definitely stay here again!

The location was so nice, very quiet but an easy walk along the caldera. Love the plunge pool. Can’t beat the view. Bathroom could use some refreshing but it was fine!

The view and service was outstanding! The drain in shower did not drain water properly and efficiently.

The views are absolutely amazing!! Very quiet at night. Short walk to lots of restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful. Room exceeded our expectations. Nothing really. Just bear in mind the accomodation is on the side of a cliff so there are lots & lots of stairs.

Well situated on the caldera. Great views. Large bedroom with high ceilings, small kitchenette and living room area. Large bathroom with supersized shower. Very comfortable. A porter met us at the street and carried our luggage down the many stairs to our room. Breakfast was great! Small pool on the deck. The bathroom was old and needs an update. The shower did not drain quickly or well thus water remained, leading to staining of the floor tiles and mould along the edges of the shower. My friends’ room was not well cleaned (they found an old toothbrush behind the trash can). It was an expensive one-night stay, but I guess normal for the location.

The situation and the view are amazing. Bathroom appliances a bit old, there were limescale on the faucet. Shower tap is an old 2 taps thing, who uses that in 2024? Needs a refreshment. Room gets dirty very quickly because there is a 1cm gap below the door, and the dirt comes with the wind. For this price the flat needs to be spotless and modern.
