Stunning location. One of the most beautiful views on the island. Service was excellent. Easy access to shopping and food. Everyone friendly and helpful.

It had the most beautiful view! We loved the hot tub, especially after a long day walking. The staff was amazing! Our villa was stocked with food & drinks before we got there. One night we even just ate what was in the fridge, so we could just chill in the hot tub. We got a delicious breakfast every morning, even on the morning we were leaving! We always had fresh towels. One evening we had reservations at a restaurant & asked if they could call us a cab & because we had 5 people & would need 2 cabs (which would be hard to get) they actually took us themselves! I would highly recommend Santorini Mansion on their customer service alone! The only issue we had was one of the bedroom air conditioners would make a loud noise here and there

The view was amazing and the service was very good. Kostas was hosting us and he made every effort to help make our stay exceptional. He directed us to a reliable car rental service and even took the extra step to send us to the rental center next to the airport. The pantry was well stocked and warm Greek pastries were served every morning. There was room cleaning every morning and the place was made every day. The hot tub is a must-try. Soaking in the warm churning water,, hundreds of meters above the breath taking caldera view is something else. The accomodations was great. You just need to be aware that the winds of Santorini are something to be considered. We came in a low season where the wind can literally send sand flying through the air. We did have a calm day during our stay, but that was 1 out of 4. Many shops were also closed for the season. However we were not shoppers, but were more interested in the geography and architecture of Santorini, so it was not a loss.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. The room was the perfect amount of space for a couple or even small family. AC/Heat was perfect too. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again! Nothing!
