Nothing One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had, especially for a Leading Hotels of the World property. The rooms were dirty and extremely humid — the pillows literally felt damp, the bedsheets had stains, there was no hot water in the shower, and even the jacuzzi in the room had no hot water, so the only way to properly wash was using the bathtub. The kettle in the room was black inside. At the pool restaurant, the card terminal did not work despite three attempts to pay, so we were told to settle the bill at check-out. During check-out, the receptionist spent around 15 minutes repeatedly printing incorrect invoices, and then we discovered they added items we never ordered, including a Coca-Cola. Even after explaining this, they insisted we had to pay because I had signed the receipt without noticing the extra charge. The most shocking part was the forced tip — I clearly stated I no longer wished to leave a tip after this experience, yet they still insisted on charging it because I had signed earlier. Tips are voluntary, not mandatory. The entire check-out process took around 45 exhausting minutes while we kept hearing “the manager is coming,” but no manager ever appeared. Even something as simple as tea became ridiculous: first they brought only tea bags, and only after I asked where to get hot water did they finally bring a kettle, which was filthy inside. For a hotel associated with Leading Hotels of the World, this level of service and hygiene is honestly embarrassing.

Everything! Super clean. Professional and courteous staff. Daily delivery of water and snacks. The food was fantastic at the hotel. 20 minute taxi ride from the port. The room was immaculate and is equipped with everything you can possibly want as a guest. The views were out of this world. The sunsets were magnificent. This hotel was the best part of our honeymoon.

? Me and my husband visited Santorini for the first time. Although the island is iconic in itself, I truly believe that staying at Katikies Chromata is what made our stay extra special. ? The hotel offers the best views of the Caldera where we could admire the most magical sunsets. The location is absolutely perfect, with lots of restaurants, little shops and cafes to visit within walking distance. We had an awesome view directly from our bedroom balcony, but the hotel also has different communal areas to relax and admire the beautiful Aegan Sea. The breakfast was outstanding. ✨ When we arrived at Katikies Chromata, they let us know that we have been upgraded to a better room that happened to be available at that time. We ended up having a spacious room with an outdoor spa tub, which again made our stay wonderful. ? The staff at Katikies Chromata was EXCEPTIONAL. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and they where always there for us if we had any questions or needed help with something. They were so accommodating and genuinely nice to us. I have stayed at many different hotels but I can truly say this is the best experience l've had so far. ? I would definitely stay in Imerovigli over Oia or Fira. It is slightly less crowded a bit less pricey but yet the views are breathtaking. We absolutely loved the vibes there.

Wow! What an amazing property! I stayed here with my best friend for my 35th Birthday. The people at this hotel were so impressive. Adonis greeted us as soon as we got to the property, he was well dressed, very well spoken, polite, charming & very knowledgeable. Adonis helped us all throughout our stay, he’s truly a gem & so great at his job. Our room was absolutely gorgeous! The view from this hotel is breathtaking, gorgeous pool, wonderful breakfast & dinner views. When I tell you that you don’t have to lift a finger at this place, I mean it! This staff goes above & beyond for there guest. Can’t say enough how amazing these people are! Galateia & Agkostina assisted us with breakfast every morning, they are so beautiful, kind & soft. We loved starting our day with them. WONDERFUL LADIES! Akiss, Dimitri’s & orfe.ass assisted is at the pool with drinks & snacks, we enjoyed talking to them & sharing laughs. Absolute gentleman, anything we asked for they were always there & you can tell they enjoy there job. All of the staff if extremely kind & professional. We enjoyed driving around with all there professional drivers as well but Dimitri was our favorite driver, he was very knowledgeable about the island & just a joy to speak with. He has worked for the company for many years, we felt very safe with him & enjoyed his company. On our last morning we were assisted by Konstantinos, he was such a great guy & we wish we met him sooner into our stay. He helped with our boxed breakfast & our luggage. He was so nice & we loved making jokes & laughing with him. He was a great friend to meet on our way out. I can’t recommend this property anymore! It’s absolutely amazing in every way. So much so that if I visited Greece again I would have to stay here again! The gorgeous views, wonderful staff & amazing food make this place easily a 20 out of 10! BRAVO! Zero complaints, this is a wonderful place

Setting was spectacular, despite looking at large ships it still was amazing spot to be. Pool was a bit small but considering where it was located that’s understandable. Would be tough navigating for older people with the steps

The "view" was like no other. But what truly set the property "apart" from other destinations was the AMAZING staff led by Georgia Kosmadaki. They simply were warm, inviting, and made us feel like we were returning home to our "long, lost, family". Just an amazing OVER THE TOP experience. Nothing.

The location and view are amazing. The entire staff was outstanding. We were upgraded to the 'Honeymoon Suite' which was great. It's pricey but worth the splurge!

The property emerges from the side of the hills of Santoríni, gleaming like a white gem. It’s perched high above the sea and there are breathtaking views from every inch of the property.
