Staff super friendly, rooms are stunning and the shared pool is so nice! Breakfast is fabulous too

Very attentive!

Location, the view, hot tub and the breakfast! No complaints

Everything! The hotel is located in a strategic location between Oia and Fira, in Imerovigli so you got to explore all the 3 places. The view of the whole island and the caldera is stunning. You can watch the beautiful sunset from your room and from everywhere in the hotel. Super friendly staff, especially Tasos, who helped us with literally everything, and the driver they arranged for us was very kind and helpful. The food and breakfast are AMAZING. Only the jacuzzi was not hot

Nothing, nice idea, but everything from the hot tub, view, location, restaurant and staff were terrible. "Hot" tub is a lie. In person they told us it never got hot and was a warm tub. It was cold and after asking to fix it 3 times it was only marginally better. The restaurant was closed and if we wanted breakfast we had to sit in our tiny room with no table but we weren't informed about that until we arrived. The hotel closed early and informed us when we were already traveling asking us to move mid-stay. Would have preferred a full refund and stayed somewhere else so we didn't spend nearly an entire day of our trip dealing with the move. Staff would not call the manager before 10am because it was too early and then manager did absolutely nothing to make it better for us. Seems like a great view but right on a popular hiking trail so everyone that walks by stares in at you. To top it off, the safe batteries died with our passports inside, the bed was uncomfortable, and the toilet is essentially in the room, you can hear everything, no privacy at all. Would not recommend this gimmick-y hotel to anyone.

The bed was very comfortable and things were cleaned in the room daily. It is far from the local town. Trees and bushes overgrown and covering walkways. Handled and fixtures are falling apart. Hot water isn’t consistent and can randomly become scalding hot.

Pool was heated. Room was big. Room pool wasn’t as private as we thought people walking on the path look at you

Cleanness, Staff, food, coziness, privacy, cave experience, views… Nothing
-
Nothing at all The rooms smelt like mould. There was no sea view from the room as depicted in the photos, false advertising. The staff were on no level of a 5-star hotel, amateur and unprofessional. There is zero privacy in the room. A popular hiking trail is located directly adjacent to the jacuzzi where members of the public are constantly walking past and gazing into your room, let alone if you're in the jacuzzi. (They will defend this claim with their flimsy privacy screen curtain which is completely insufficient. Management is non-existent here and do not expect any problems to get solved unless escalated with reservation platform or credit card provider. There's a reason they aren't allowing booking.com reservations anymore.

I enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel and the room. Overall it was decorated very nice The staff didn’t go above and beyond by any means. In fact they were annoyed with simple requests and made it obvious. We went to have breakfast at 8 AM before our early ferry. Breakfast opened at 8 am. There were four staff standing around and they all looked at us as if we were crazy when we asked about breakfast.

It’s a beautiful hotel with delicious food. Our room was spacious, clean and modern. The jacuzzi had an amazing view and was a decent size. The view was exactly as pictured just stunning. (We also appreciated the privacy curtain for the jacuzzi) If you are an introvert , and enjoy being left alone this place is for you , feels like you have the hotel to yourself. The front desk was super helpful with any questions and requests pre and post checkout addressed. There is certainly room for improvement. Upon arrival it felt very half hazard, with only sense of direction given from our driver directing us down stairs to reception. After checking in we went to the bar/pool area. No one greeted us or asked if we would like to see menus. After sitting for a while at our table we ended up approaching the bar and had to ask for menus. For the price paid I feel like there could be more warmth and attention to the guests. Specially upon arrival, no welcome drink or water while we waited for others to check in. It would also been nice to see the staff in some sort of uniform to differentiate them from guests.

I wasn’t told to atleast check in online because I have missed my flight now because of the taxi inconvenience

The thing that I cannot take away from them is the view, likely one of the better views on Santorini and a great sunset. The cave is very unique and so is the hotel overall, a cool space for sure I’ve never seen something like it. The dining room has the best view as well. They did call us taxis and their recommendation for a beach club was great they even offered to book it for us. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. I liked how not only did they have the pool which is never crowded but you have your own outdoor lounger right on the cliff with a great view to sit and enjoy the view of the sunset. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon but were massively let down. Not sure if they are going for the whole private, be left alone luxury style but it really just comes off as inhospitable and cold. From being dropped off and not really understanding where to go and no help with our bags to the receptionist at the front desk not being friendly. She even seemed irritated when we wanted to order the floating breakfast (it seems stupid but online they show it as romantic and a heart floating tray and it was just a basic circle and very awkward overall to order). We never even got so much as a verbal “happy honeymoon”. I thought maybe there was a mix up so I even reminded the receptionist it was our honeymoon and asked her if they could maybe send something to the room like a bottle of champagne, saying that it would make my wife happy and told her she can charge any amount to the room and was just rudely told OK then they did nothing (still not even a verbal congrats). No Greek hospitality here like we experienced elsewhere. The food at the restaurant was the only food in Greece that gave us heartburn and felt oily in a bad way. There’s only a few rooms here and it doesn’t seem to be a public restaurant. Getting any food is a 90 min or more process as the place is very understaffed one very nice waiter having to do everything from bussing to barista to waiting to who knows what else. There’s no music or anything in the dining room so if there’s even one other person there it’s very strange and awkward. Our shower was clogged when we got there, they would clean our room and not restock towels, gave us a broken glass, the door hinge was broken meaning I needed to use my shoulder to open and close the door (my wife couldn’t even open) and the key card stoped working many times.

The cave floor might be slippery especially with wet feet

Great property , great food , nice pool area, and views. The complimentary waters were great and very helpful. Great view of the sunset / love the roof top area ; where got engaged on stay. Then the cave experience was awesome too ! The staff was good but not as personal or engaged as prior places stayed.
-
The stay was fabulous, all of the staff members are really kind, always made cleaning as fast as possible, for sure coming back to this hotel.
-
Bathroom needed better ventilation and shower would overflow frequently making a mess. Food was good, with room for improvement.
-
It was stunning and modern Absolutely nothing!

Google search Every thing was perfect

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. The room was fully equipped and modern. We could enjoy the amazing Caldera view while sitting in our own hot tub. Overall 10/10 and would definitely visit again
