The property were great. The location as well. I love the view of the Mediterranean Sea. Restaurants were amazing to see the view of the sunset and the employees were phenomenal The refrigerator wasn’t clean but we never used it

The location. It’s more like a rented suite rather than a hotel. No international tv channels . Usually hotels they give complimentary things when u arrive, but this one nothing other than one water bottle.

They took ages to answer the messages so was difficult to have a proper conversation. For the rest, it’s a good place to stay.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. The property is beautiful and the staff is very warm and friendly. The rooms were beautiful with a world-class view. They brought breakfast to our rooms every day. The bed was very comfortable. We saw the best sunset of our lives on our final day there from our hotel room balcony. It was truly an amazing experience. Thank you so much Gold Suites.

Location is central in Imerovigli and view from some parts of the hotel are good The junior suites with a view are at the bottom of the hill -rooms 30/31/32. There is a busy path sidewalk in front and so the curtains must remain closed all day for privacy. Also there is a construction site next to these three rooms. Not acceptable when you pay this much for a room and come to Santorini to be next to a construction eyesore!! The pool is tiny with only 6 loungers. The pictures on the website are misleading. Breakfast gets delivered to your balcony from an off site kitchen and was always cold. The receptionist was rude did not even smile or greet us upon arrival. No one offered help with huge luggage and we took them down several flights of stairs while there was a ramp we could have used and the receptionist seemed to enjoy our struggle and did not mention the ramp. Unless you pay for the huge suites in the main hotel building do not stay here. I’ve included pictures of the eyesore next to our room 32

Maria, Rafael, Fabio, and Helen were amazing. Great hospitality, kindness, helpful, great people. I enjoyed my stay and they made me feel comfortable at all times. The suggestions they gave me on where to eat, transportation, and where to visit was the highlight of my stay in Santorini. The hotel is in a great location and the view is amazing. When I return to Santorini, Gold Suites small luxury is where I will stay. I would change nothing about this hotel.

Everything! The staff, especially Maria and Rafel, were excellent! They were there for your every need, reservations, transfers, etc. We had an amazing view from our room, we could just step out of our room and there was the caldera! They also provided a delicious breakfast every morning to our room with many options to choose from! Nothing, it was all perfect!

There are many things that were spectacular about the place. For starters, the location was absolutely ideal and the room had an unreal view. When booking the place we were afraid the pictures would not reflect the reality, however this was far from the case, and the suite was beautiful and comfortable. In terms of areas for improvement the first point is that the bathroom window was facing a construction site, and sometimes when we had the window open so workers would walk by which was a bit uncomfortable. Under than that the room service quality was not good at all and very expensive for what it was.

The view is amazing, breakfast is good,we received a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The guy from reception was very kind and helpful. They should be much more careful with the cleaning.Is a building under construction in front of this hotel,so those left over materials are a bit disturbing .

Beautiful views, excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. The heated pool was amazing for evening swims, very private from other areas and still only 2 minute walk to all the markets, restaurants, etc. Thank you to Maria and Demitris at the front desk for arranging anything and everything for us, Dimis and Fabio for servicing our breakfasts, wine and dinners, and Dimitra for always keeping our room wonderful and tidy while we were away. Nothing!

Perfect location for sunset views Shops and restaurants in local area All staff were very friendly and helpful (reception and bar staff) Hotel was clean and comfortable Breakfast was served to your room or balcony each morning Our room was upgraded for our first night so we had a pool room and we were given complimentary bottles of wine during our visit Would definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast was delicious but usually cold by time it reached your room but that’s due to the distance it had to be carried The hot tub temperature needs to be hotter
