The parking is a challenge as the lot is very small. Our room was in fairly good shape, but the floors were filthy.

Maintenance/housekeeping staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nice hot showers. My only complaint is that the bed in room number 104 is terrible. It sway so low when you lay in it, your body sinks into a hole in the middle of the mattress, very difficult on our backs. It appears that is from long and continuous use. We had to flip around and sleep with our feet at the headboard and our head of the foot of the bed to get a little bit more support from the mattress for our shoulders. Very uncomfortable.

The location was amazing , online check-in and door entry, kitchenette, and nicely remodeled. It needed a towel rack. bath mat and garage can in the room. Loved we could cook but the only trash can was a waste basket in the bathroom. Also, out room opened to another overflowing trash can outside the door (3 days).

We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for having us ♥️

We rented a unit with a seperate bedroom so we could have privacy but the door to the bedroom couldn't be closed because there was no a/c to that bedroom and the oscillating fan was broken. We were thankful for the a/c because the area was experiencing unusually high temps while we were there. The front door was damaged upon check in, which was concerning. There were little things like this that were disappointing, the staff did acknowledge my concerns but no other action was taken. The building seemed older and the balcony needed some repair. The location was excellent! And included parking!

Difficulty for check in

It was clean and quaint. The property was quiet. I wish the air worked and I did tell them that. They also need to add mirrors and a bigger shower. The shower curtain kept clinging onto me . Over all I would come again. They have definitely done alot to beautify the property.

Excellent location Check-in was a little awkward

The location was perfect! There are several restaurants within walking distance, places to get coffee and tea. In addition, the beach is across the street, and I had an ocean view. I was satisfied with my stay.

Awsome place to stay close to the beach

Room was small but cute. We didn’t use the amenities (kitchenette) or even the shower. Just spent the night there after a formal event. Location is great, right across from the beach and close to local shops, restaurants and the Oceanside Pier. That being said, the staff was extremely unaccommodatiing and the online contactless check in process was confusing and frustrating. I had three requests- all of which were refused. First off, we had two cars, but were told we could only park one onsite. We were sent a link to arrange for nearby pay parking. Only to find out upon arrival there was free parking available on the street. No big deal. Second, I requested to check in fifteen minutes ahead of time so that I could have time to change. I was flatly refused. “Your code will not work until 4pm.” Ok. Fine. I did my makeup and hair ahead of time (before traveling) and just changed into my dress at the hotel. Third, I requested late check out. I was again denied. The rationale was that the housekeeping staff was on a strict schedule and someone else would be checking in at 4pm. So I had to be out by 11am so that they could have FIVE hours to clean a small room an bathroom. This request easily could’ve been accommodated, but was refused. We simply would’ve enjoyed a little more time to explore the neighborhood before having to check out, but all we were able to squeeze in was a coffee and a walk on the pier. Something else to note was the wacky check-in process. But I’m out of room!

After traveling most of my day from across the country I had arrived and asked if there was somewhere I could keep my luggage for several hours till check in at 4 and I couldn’t which wasn’t an issue but something to keep in mind with flight time and when booking here. Upon arrival we had 3 towels & 1 wash cloth for 6 nights and for 2 people. When I had texted the number to request more it took 3 days to get any wash cloths or towels. We had called prior to the stay to ask if they had towels and wash cloths because I would’ve packed my own if I knew it would’ve been an issue. When I asked house keeping outside for 2 days she said they didn’t have any available.

Exceptional

Great location! Just steps to the beach, located in an area with plenty options for food and entertainment. Staff was friendly and prompt. I have no complaints

The room had a strong unpleasant odor from the moment we arrived, making it very uncomfortable to stay. We specifically expected an ocean view, but the room we received did not have one. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room even more unbearable. We chose this hotel for a family vacation, expecting the amenities and quality that were promised, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Very disappointing experience.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in the views the vibes overall very very peaceful place loved it

Loved the stay here great location the kids really liked it walking distance from beach pizza restaurants felt very safe talking to the neighbors they said it was a great area try the pizza

Clean rooms and good location for a reasonable price. Inexpensive pet fee.

This is asking about a beach view which there was none. The room was not entirely clean. The pictures are deceiving so be careful with that as our room was very small for two small women.
