Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and bigger than expected. The shower was huge and had great water pressure. Free breakfast was a plus. Close to so many things.

The location is excellent! You're close to the Beach & Coronado for restaurants & shopping. The North Island Credit Union Amphitheater (concerts)& the Sesame Street kids venue is not very far either. You are approximately 7miles to the u.s/Mexico border in San ysidro. There are shopping outlets just b4 the border off Dairy Mart Rd(Tjmaxx, Ross, etc)..have a great free breakfast b4 you start your Day!

The hilton system was down and the staff was helpful in that they print it off all the reservations and worked as a team to get all of the reservations into rooms. They did this by writing things down on paper, using radios and making the whole system work incredibly well for the terrible situation.They were in.

This was just an ok place to stay. The TP was scratchy. The air conditioner was kind of noicey.

There appeared to be no fresh air circulation in the room. Hard to sleep.

Great family trip. Didn’t have the Bay room we originally reserved, so they comp parking for the stay. It was nice of them to make it right on their own without us asking. Great, clean place. Great breakfast!

I liked that there were a lot of restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies nearby. I went there for Comic Con and it was quite far.

The check in process was not smooth. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 3:30pm, only to wait until 4:30pm to find out only one of the two rooms were ready. The second room wasn’t ready until 6pm and that was only when the front desk had to contact the assistance general manager to do a check. Facilities were well maintained. The free breakfast was a convenient and cost savings option.
