Couldn’t get in until exactly 4 pm so kids could only do the water park for two hours…6 pm close… requested a late check out for the next day, which they denied.

We love this place. The amenities are great, location is perfect, and the condo setup is so great for our bigger family! The condo itself was a bit dirty, the refrigerator leaked, the sink in the main bathroom barley drained, and the front desk does not allow Instacart drop offs to their office, so guiding a driver to you was slightly difficult

My grandkids loved the water park! Also the view of the beach was gorgeous! The small crack underneath the entrance door to the room, but other than that it was a nice staycation for my grandkids!

Nice apartment for a big family and balcony overlooked the water park .. did not find parking in the parking structure at night as everything was full but no biggie, I just parked across the street.

It was not crowded. The air broke in our unit. We were moved to an outdated unit. Thr tiolet ran all the time, the beds were horrible, the appliances were outdated. It was annoying to have to pay for my kids to go to the pool each day. A lot of money could have been spent at another resort. We coulndt use pool some days due to crowds coming in from differnt places.

I loved the location and staff The hotel beds were uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in them. Walls and doors were dirty. Loud noise came from the wall when used the bathroom.

This property is great it had the best of both worlds. The water park was great my 5 yr old grandson enjoyed it very much and the beach is just across the street. Good restaurants are in walking distance and it’s in a quiet part of the strip we always enjoy Indian Rocks
