Harbourside Resort, a New Hotel Collection Property

Checking in and checking out was simple. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking garage was a plus since it kept your vehicle out of the sun and you could walk to restaurants, stores and to the beach, you actually did not have to do much driving unless you chose to. It was a very relaxing vacation.

The views, short walking distance to the beach and the Waterpark. Cvs was very convenient. The welcome center staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Slow and extremely hot elevator. Dishwasher old and one of the loudest. Noisy ceiling fan in bedroom and noisy AC in bedroom. The splash Waterpark staff, once they saw we had 4 free tickets for our 4 kids when I checked them in to get their wrist band, she never said one word to any of us, she threw the 4 tickets over to the side on another desk area, placed the 4 wrist bands on each kid with no verbal interaction from her at all. I asked her if we were good at the end and she only nodded. No, have fun and enjoy. Or even a hello, how are you, how can I help..... That was not a nice experience!

Room was nice and spacious only stayed one. Night walked to restaurant and ice cream shop. Water park was ok not very big 2 slides pool lazy river and splash pad area . Lazy river was anything but lazy kids swimming under you hitting you under the water. One kid threw a raft hit me in head life guard did catch it and got onto him. Lots of drinking happening at this water park we went on a Saturday and beer cans was on edge of lazy river a group of adults just hanging in the back of the river pretty drunk. My husband likes to have some beers and he even noticed how much drinking was going on here.

Location & access to water park. Nice tiki bar. Pool hours. Tissues, plastic bags, paper towel, cloth towels, kitchen stocked with all you need. Lighting in rooms good! Handicap bath needs a bar ALONG SIDE THE TOILET NOT BEHIND IT. Elderly need bar to get up. Behind does not help! Handicap Access to pool should be advised & allowed closer through garage. I advised mgmt that glasses in cabinet were dirty & found 3 broken glasses. Housekeeping needs to do better. Blood on wall under sink. TVS still had accounts of previous guests. It was hard to find how to change languages & you had to use your own accounts like Netflix.

Convenience to pool and restaurants. Clean rooms. Nothing.

Was able to get early check in which is always great and the stuff was very helpful in trying to accolade that! As well as explaining everything we needed for our visit and plus having the water park right outside our balcony was so fun! And you couldn’t hear anything at night which was great for sleep. We had a washer/dryer which is always great for pool days and wet clothes! Our room were clean and spacious!

Exceptional

Although the furniture is old in the room, it was spacious, very clean, had all the amenities we needed or wanted, offered a great view of splash harbor and the bay, then another stellar view of the gulf. There is a parking garage and a free pass with optional discounted additional passes to Splash Harbor. Moria Che led us in and she was great.

Great customer service. Easy check and check out. Convenient parking. Only recommendations is put a phone in the room to contact the front desk for extra towels amd stuff. Maybe a safe for valuables. But over all a good experience. Nice job guys!

Great location. Can't use pool until 6pm. Parking was underwater most of the time. There is nowhere to drop off wet pool towels. There was not enough places to hang wet swim suits and towels in the bathroom.

Great location, easily walkable disrance to beach, restaurants and shops.

Location location location that’s what they have going for them! Dated facility that could use a tremendous about of upgrades to be competitive. When others in the area and adjoining communities took action to upgrade and reinvest, this facility kept its snails pace is repair and improvements. If they renovated facilities in particular the building on the north end for venues or on site family restaurant they could emerge beyond local competition in the same market

Exceptional

The location was great and the customer service was exceptional. The room we had was outdated and dark which made it feel not as clean.
