Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful, entertainment was great and I'm looking forward to coming back:)

Property is outdated for Holiday Inn standards. Paid a hefty price per night plus a day resort fee (parking). Better off renting a VRBO. Villa unit was dirty and lacking basic utensils. Don’t be deceived by the Splash Harbor waterpark adjoining the property-you will still pay a daily fee to use. Location was good.

Great property, great location, and great food at the restaurant!

That pool/waterslides it shows is NOT included. They don’t have a picture of their pool. No breakfast included. Our room had no WiFi and the bedding was Not clean. For $300 per night, I was pretty disappointed but the area was decent.

The property, the staff the location. It was a very hot day and we got on the elevator with a staff bringing fresh towels and she offered us both a cloth to wipe the sweat. That just says how much they think of the guests Planning our next visit as we speak!

I grew up here. The hotel is just getting outdated. It needs to be redone

Rooms were slightly dirty, mold in the bathroom. The pool area had lots of broken loungers.

The manager, Russ, was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back to celebrate our Anniversary again next year.

We could have used more plates in the kitchen and were surprised not to find any salt and pepper. The bathroom could have also used more hand soap. Overall, we had a great time and hope to be back soon.

The location was good. The staff were friendly. The rooms were alright, bathroom need upgrades but it is doable. The pool/hot tub area closes too early for summertime because it gets dark later so should be open later. WAY too many unsupervised kids at the pool. They should have to have an adult present to supervise them in order to be in the pool.

We have been here 4 times, and each time the staff was so kind and helpful, the food is wonderful, the amenities were very nice,rooms were always clean and maintained, no matter which size room I've stayed in. The convenience of the location is also terrific! A short walk to plenty of places to eat, to the beautiful and quiet beach, and we really enjoyed the Waterpark being steps away! I will definitely be back! Thank you for making us feel at home!

It is nothing like the pictures the room are super small found dirty clothes in the restroom trash was not taken out worst experience ever

Our first hotel yes our first we had to change the rooms out first hotel air conditioner was not working so we asked the employee at the front desk for someone to fix it but they replaced the air conditioner in the living room not the bedroom and the shower head stream was so bad my sister couldn’t even get the sand out of her hair so we went to the front desk to ask to change rooms they agreed so we went to our other room and the air conditioner was working and the shower head stream was working but when we went to bed the beds were dirty like they haven’t been cleaned but we slept in it anyway because it was out only choice the next morning we went to return the room but the guy that was at the front desk he didn’t even agree to write his last name.

Rooms need updating and poor air quality not the best. Bathtub needs to be updated. Was dirty looking and anti-slip area cracked.

Staff and laundry room were great
