What a wonderful and stress-free way to enjoy a vacation with family. Something for everyone to enjoy!

The pool, grilling area, and play areas were all well kept and clean. The room was clean and well furnished with supplies. The condos are close to anything you could need. Lots of other guests had been staying there for years and are extremely friendly! The elevators could use some tlc but nothing that was an issue.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need!! I’ve been to dozens of condos in this area over the years and this one is now my favorite! Parking, the short walk to the beach, pool, and the elevator made getting around a breeze. Sean and Laura thought of everything and I loved all of the little details that made it feel like home away from home. The resort’s grounds and amenities are top notch as well. It’s also pet friendly with an area outside designated for pets!! Yay!! The host were in contact at all times and were very gracious. Thank you Sean and Laura! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only thing that was a little bit of a negative was that the sunset was not visible from balcony but it was from the front of the condo. I was there in October so that may be the reason as the sun sets in a slightly different direction during Spring/ Summer.

The atmosphere, location & a great family setting. First, we were told we could do early check in - got here, we were told no and that they didn’t offer it so we sat from 9:30-4 at the pool. Little to no toiletries, there were barely ANY bath towels, we had to buy some. Broken door by washer/dryer.

Great location, had everything you might need for the beach! Nothing loved it

The location Found bedbug, Aircondition not working for two days and it was supper hot in the top floor. Two hours delay checking in, my family had to stay in the parking lot until 6 pm as the cleaning was delayed start. I have evidence of all the three items. Very poor customer service from the management company

Clean, proximity to ocean. Spacious We especially loved the maintenance man, nick. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. Parking was iffy

Beachfront Sometimes the door lock didn’t work properly, there was only two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, the dishwasher is broken so the door won’t shut properly and it would not run, the balcony does not have a working outdoor light because it seems to be burned out.

This condo is amazing! The location is perfect! The condo size is generous! The parking garage has a height limit. Made fitting our transit rental in difficult at first; but then we found some outside guest parking that worked well.

I loved everything about this condo. The place it is in is definitely the best place I’ve stayed. I could sit on the balcony while my girls swam and didn’t have to go down a bunch of floors or walk 10 miles to get to the beach. Will definitely be staying again!
