Holiday Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach S-Harbourside by IHG

The pool was close and of course the water park was alot of fun. The beach and restaurants both very close by. The fact the entire place is covered by a roof is incredible.

But other than that, I would definitely recommend this establishment. A+

Great little getaway to take the kiddos before school starts up. Room and the whole premises were very clean and staff were very friendly. You only get a one day pass for the water park, I had no problem with that, water park was a lot of fun. The beach is a block or two away, beautiful beach! I highly recommend staying here and will be back

Room definitely needed some work along with the property itself. Updating needed. Room didn’t have baking sheet or dish clothes so had to ask. Dishwasher and oven handles were previously broken but still somewhat worked. For the price I expected much better

please don't go to this hotel there are bedbugs we just went in and out after seeing how dirty it is and how many badbugs there are on the bed

Everything was great! Location, customer service. That is why I have stayed here several times. I won’t even risk staying somewhere else while I’m in Florida There isn’t a single thing.

Great time, excellent choice

1. Kids eat free at the on site restaurant every time you go which was convenient and nice food. 2. The adults get free passes to the water park so you only have to pay for the kids which I think we spent $40. It’s also connected to the hotel and an outside bar. 3. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and parking is included on site. 4. There is an 18 hole putt putt on site. Now let’s talk about why we won’t be back 1. The staff was extremely rude. When we called to get towels the lady said “when I have time I’ll let them know”. Hmm 2. The room I chose online was not the room I got. 3. The wall paper was falling off the walls, there was mold on the ceiling in the shower and there were bugs in the bathroom. 4. They do no refresh the rooms like traditional hotels so we had to call for towels and the like.

Location. Roaches. The staff and the complex is old and dilapidated.

We liked everything about the place. The only thing that we didn’t like it was second shift security there was rude unprofessional disrespectful to guests.

Everything was close in proximity Had to ask for new room smell of urine second room had to watch families play miniature golf staff was not pleasant actually some rude Rome have broken shower, broken door wallpaper rolling off the wall room was not up yet

The property is in a good location. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. It’s outdated is my complaint. But seemed pretty clean.

Russ the manager was awesome. And Nina from the night shift was so helpful and lisa from the restaurant was so nice.

Very nice place with professional hospitality. No cups for coffee.
