Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis at the Capitol

Staff was very nice and hotel bar and food was convenient. Very close to the canal to walk.

Staff was super friendly at check in and out. Room was very nice and clean and I would look forward to staying here again.

Customer service are amazing and very respectful and always smile on face and welcome in to say I had issues with my reservation and they fixing my problems and very clean the room the only thing they won't clean the room everyday but otherwise I really loved too staying here and very safe for family i really enjoying.

Friendly staff members. Hotel had pool & gym. Bistro in lobby had limited menu items & was not included with room. Pricing is a lil more expensive then normal but the convenience was worth it.

Very clean. Up to date furnishings. Reasonable rate , 12 pm check out time was a plus! Staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. The young man at the bistro (not included in reservation, information only for future guests) was incredibly friendly and very polite. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Clean room, it has fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, good lighting, and all is needed to have pleasant stay at a reasonable price

very nice hotel. the parking lot is very nice because you are in the heart of downtown and there are only parking garages for the other hotels and we were in a large truck with a trailer. would definitely stay here again.

The bed linens were damp and mildew smelling.

The older gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. He was also there over the course of our stay and always greeted us .

The initial room we were placed in ws trashed. Looks like it was a party room and housekeeping didn't attend to the room. Trash everywhere,

the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the stay.

The front desk gal, Samantha, was awesome! She was helpful and kind, and very intuitive! She was super accommodating to my friend who needed more accessibility. Very thankful to her for everything, she went above and beyond for us! The bartender gal was also the sweetest, I wish I could have gotten her name because she was amazing! She was working the night of August 2nd to give her as much credit as I can. Lovely staff and very nice and clean hotel. They made our stay for Gen Con very special! Thank you so much for a great stay! I got the accessible room for my friend who uses a wheelchair, and the room was probably 50% actually accessible. In terms of space, great! Very large and easy to maneuver the wheelchair! But it was on the second floor and during emergencies that does make it hard to get around. There were also no outlets in the bathroom and the sink was very tiny. Otherwise, the room was relatively accessible. Great stay none the less and again, the staff was spectacular! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Convenient parking and good sized rooms

My reservation could not be found. Staff allowed us to check in anyway then all was settled. Room was kind of small but overall hotel was ok, and clean. Afternoon treats in lobby were nice. Pool looked good but we didn’t have time.
