1. Someone left the shower running before we got into our room. We walked in and I heard it. Yep. Water all over the bathroom floor. 2. The pool was cooooold! 3. No hot water in the shower. Probably all got used when it was left on. When I told the person at checkout (whom I assume is a manager) about the problem #1 as the major issue, she apologized profusely. I'm just glad it got taken care of.

We stayed at the property for 10 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. From our first night, the welcome from front desk staff member Dontae was exceptional. He made us feel genuinely welcomed, was easy to approach with questions, and provided helpful and effective guidance throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a comfortable sofa bed that allowed our children to sleep comfortably. I would suggest some improvements to the breakfast offerings. Perhaps because of the length of our stay, I found that I became less satisfied with the breakfast after the first couple of days. However, I particularly enjoyed the weekend breakfast served on the second floor. I noticed some inconsistency in the level of friendliness and attentiveness among the front desk staff. While some team members were warm and welcoming, others appeared less engaged when assisting guests. I especially appreciated Ania, who promptly stepped in and assisted me when I was trying to extend our stay for an additional three days. Her intervention made a noticeable difference, as I initially felt that my request was not receiving the attention it needed from the front desk agent ( lady) who was working with Ania on the 17th of August. She looked annoyed when I asked her a question and was blunt. She said hold on and moved away aftershock, Ania stepped in.The other agent started attending to someone else and did not tell me why Ania was now dealing with my case.It didn't bother me much though as I was more focused on staying for an additional three day.

Desk staff was exceptional. Got the exact room I requested. Housekeeping brought new towels every day, and they were not in the halls at 7am already cleaning. Overall great experience, right on the canal & close walking to downtown, IUPUI & the zoo. No doubt I would stay here every time I'm in Indy

Room was very nice Did not like the price of parking and difficult in finding a space after we had paid for parking garage.

Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was the best I've had for continental, rooms support spacious and clean.
-
Very close to Purdue but they did not clean the room for the first two days

The hotel room was better then the pictures show, breakfast was epic. No hot tub unfortunately

The location to downtown, Purdue, other colleges, Military Park, and Lucas Oil Stadium is very convenient. Parking is available on the property in the garage attached to the hotel, and there are scooter rentals nearby (our choice for going to Lucas Oil). Elevators are key card use only, love that. The hotel and grounds are very clean. Quiet, pedestrian friendly area. Only drawback was that there wasn't enough breakfast and it was split between 2 floors.

The room was out of shampoo and condtioner. Tissues were not stocked and they ran out of coffee cups at 7 am and has to go 'far' to get them. Then the only milk was almond. Stayed at this hotel 3x and always stay at home suites. Very disapointed!

Arrived to find out they sold my room (2 queen beds), and I was stuck with a King room for 4 people. The desk clerk advised that since I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do; I had to contact Expedia to resolve. The room was not very clean. The breakfast was not great, as they were always out of everything, and they did not restock. I waited 20 minutes for coffee, but they never refilled. Parking was another issue, as we were told we could self-park, but when we arrived, we were advised only Valet parking. Hotel staff were rude and acted as if we were bothering them to ask questions. The pool is very small, and the chlorine smell was so bad that it took your breath. Once in the pool, skin burned and eyes watered and turned red. Could not stay very long at all. Beds were terrible and not comfortable at all. The air conditioner leaked all over the room and had the floor wet, along with the rug.
