Easy location to access, love the in and out ease of the garage with room key. Check in was quick and easy, staff was all pleasant and helpful, room was clean and updated, and gym was clean and a great size, Will stay again for future needs!
-
The bed was so uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night and woke up with a terrible backache. I’ve never slept in a bed in a hotel that was as uncomfortable as this one was.
-
The property was clean and well maintained, did not know until arrival that the only parking was in a garage right beside the hotel. Bad thing is, it cost 48.00 for 1 night. We would have stayed elsewhere if we would have known at booking.
-
This was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Indy! It’s super close to the children’s hospital which is why we stay for appointments! The aesthetic was super cool! It was super clean in there and there was a large variety of breakfast items! Will definitely be staying there for the next appointment!!

The room was in excellent condition. Staff was great.

I enjoyed the staff. They were all friendly and attentive to my needs. The breakfast was great. The valet was exceptional! I had no complaints...I will be back again and only stay here during my visits. I wanted to enjoy the patio at night but there were smokers out there.
-
Very convenient, well maintained property in the heart of Indianapolis.
-
The room was large. Room amenities were very good. We had a great view of the canal. Parking was ok. Too dark in the garage and the daily fee for self parking was a little expensive (48). Breakfast options were limited and at time were not available. Distance to local attractions was very good and you could walk safely if you choose. We would return.

Love this hotel and I have stayed a few times . The hotel is very accessible because of the road it’s on. Check in is always easy, staff are very kind. The rooms are very nice, I love the views as well they are almost always amazing city scapes.

Facility was clean and room was newer/up to date.

Very expensive parking ($48 a night). Hotel was ok, nothing luxurious. Staff was very friendly.
-
Great location, close to the university. Clean rooms, good breakfast. The attached parking garage was cramped- not great if you have a big vehicle.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're in town for something like GenCon. It was only a 15 minute walk along the canal. Because the hotel is connected to the Homewood Suites property there is two different breakfast options which are both grab-and-go style. The property was very clean looking and when you first walk in there were multiple people at the entrance to help get folks checked in.
-
Very clean and staff was very attentive to my needs.

Parking garage is very tight, and it was difficult to park nightly. On top of being a nightly frustration we were paying $50 daily for this. When spoke to front desk they said they could not help answer any questions on parking and that the only one who could help would be valet. Valet was busy, but when able to talk it was pretty much if there is a spot that is all they can do. Some spots were so tight that we had to crawl out trunk. Not fun to pay a lot of money for something this frustrating.
-
Although my booking said there was no meal option with the booking there was actually complementary breakfast included. Staff were all nice and friendly. Location is a little farther out of the centre of town but we were OK for walking around and also to the zoo.

Great location. Very clean and nice room.

Location and amenities Parking was a walk unless you pay $50

After my last stay here's hiccups, the staff made everything much better this time. Very thankful for their efforts to make this visit much smoother. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the last stay's. Maybe an older bed?
