One elevator did not work. We had to wait for multiple passes to get into the elevator checking in and out. I heard this is a common experience. The room smelled bad, and it looked like the 70s, possibly the carpet hasn't been updated since. Will never, never, ever stay there again.

Very helpful staff. One elevator only working entire stay which was compounded when staff needed to use as well for laundry service. Meals were okay, breakfast good but mostly the same everyday. Free dinner and drinks were popular and enjoyed the tabled seating are in the lobby. Rooms clean but very late maid service.

Kids were super happy and it was exactly what we wanted. Would def recommend and stay here again.

We had a very late check in. The guy who helped us on 08/03 late night was a great guy. I am not in charge of his raises. But you should know that Montez, I believe his name is, is a excellent reflection of who and what you want your business to be. Keep on Keeping on!

Clean room and good breakfast

Nice hotel. The breakfast and dinner being included was great. Red Robin sharing a parking lot is very convenient. As well as being right off the I-69 off/on ramp. Quite stay. Never heard any other guests through the walls which is fantastic.

We stayed here July 30th, 2026. The room was clean and in good working order. We skipped the evening kickback and chose to eat elsewhere. We could not enjoy the pool, as Drury for some reason still refuses to institute an Adult only time. Unruly kids diving into a pool clearly marked "No Diving" while their parents sat around doing nothing. We used the hot tub for about 10 minutes, but ended up leaving because a couple kids started splashing and kicking in the water. The parent/guardian didn't say anything until they splashed me in the face. I can't blame Drury poor parenting, but I have been to multiple other hotels that after 8 or 9 pm, the pool/hot tub areas are for adults only. Another issue, was I'm pretty sure the walls in this hotel were paper thin. 10 pm at night, trying to sleep, and all we could hear were people talking in the room adjoining ours, kids yelling, and road traffic from I-69. We also had to wrestle with our curtains to block a flood light outside. It was shining on the side of the building, and into our window. The breakfast was mediocre. Everything was luke warm at best except the waffles I made my self. Oh and they currently only have one working elevator. We won't stay at this location again. It's amazing how much different things were here, compared to the one we stayed at in Franklin, TN.

Always a favorite place. Pool water was too cold but hot tub wasn't too hot, which is good.

Very clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

The biggest issue was that one of the elevators was out of service for my entire stay. With only one elevator working, there were constant long waits, especially during busy times. The area between the lobby and dining room, where the elevators are located, became a major bottleneck. Guests waiting for the elevator frequently blocked the walkway, making it difficult for others to move between the lobby and the dining area. I also had to ask the front desk for trash bags for the waste bins in my room. I was told they no longer provide trash bags because of liability concerns, which I found to be an odd policy. I never saw a housekeeping cart on my floor during my stay, although I do want to note that after the first day my bed was made and I was provided with fresh towels, which I appreciated. Overall, this location did not live up to the standard I've come to expect from Drury. While I appreciate the housekeeping service I did receive, the uncomfortable mattress, cleanliness concerns, and ongoing elevator issue made this one of my least enjoyable stays at a Drury property.

Bottom Line…STAY THERE!! Breakfast and dinner included! Free adult drinks! The Suites are FANTASTIC and So roomy and comfortable Only stayed one night but noticed there are many more amenities. Great for families! Very clean! Easy check in and friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay in a Drury again!

Everything was great except one of the elevators was out of service. Wasn't a big deal, just took a little longer to get up to the room.

The facility has 2 OTTIS Elevators. One has been out of service for a couple of weeks per manager on site. It was a nightmare getting up to the 6th floor and back down to the main level. wait time depending on time of the day was from 6 minutes to 14 minutes to get an elevator. And when you got on it was very crowed because people were getting on at any point and going up then back down or vice vers just to have a spot in the elevator. OTTIS Elevator Company surely would of had a part in the City of Indy to get this fixed. Shame on the Executive Management Team at the Corporate Office to let something like this take place. It was also a saftey hazard to the Customers staying at the facility. Ane house keeping could not get their work completed without the second elevator. Totally unacceptable, and my wife was recovering from knee surgery and we had to stand and wait everytime we used the elevator. I asked for a discount refund and that was not even considered are given at the facility.

Would definitely stay here again. Clean. Beds are comfy. Staff is nice. Not a bad thing to say.

The Staff is amazing!!!! The hotel is located in a great area close to highway, shopping centers and restaurants. It’s a little dated but clean and everyone is very nice and helpful. Kuddos to the Spanish Speaker receptionist she went above and beyond to accommodate our family needs.

The inn was a great stay would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a resort style stay for a budget hotel price. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were greeted upon arrival, room was very clean, amenities were awesome, free drinks and food everyday. For less than $140 a night it's well worth it.
