De los peores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Una experiencia TERRIBLE. La suciedad de este lugar es realmente increíble. Todo se veía sucio, descuidado y desagradable. No estoy hablando de un pequeño detalle ni de un área específica: la impresión general del hotel fue pésima. Las condiciones de limpieza fueron, sinceramente, asquerosas. Es difícil sentirse cómoda en un lugar donde constantemente tienes la sensación de que nada está realmente limpio. Para un hotel, donde la higiene debería ser una prioridad absoluta, esto es completamente inaceptable. No volvería jamás. De todos los lugares donde me he hospedado, este definitivamente está entre los peores. Necesitan mejorar seriamente la limpieza, el mantenimiento y las condiciones generales del establecimiento. ⭐ Una estrella porque no puedo poner cero.

The stay itself was fine was charged a refundable deposit when we got to the property that we weren't aware of which was also fine they did not do housekeeping our first night or bring fresh towels or anything of that nature and then the housekeeping staff was waiting outside our door half hour before check out to rush us out. It was fine for what it is a cheaper hotel stay.

I had a great stay at Red Roof Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel was filthy including the room. Bed sheets were stained and gross. Toilet seat was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed. Shower was so filthy that we did not use it. Paint chipping off all the walls. Loud air conditioner. Would never recommend or stay here ever again.

bed was comfortable, room was clean, nothing special. Window air conditioner units had a bad faint gasoline like smell. Ice out of the ice machine tasted bad. Suitable for an overnight non expensive motel stay

Mejorar en detalles de arreglos, no hay desayuno, solo cafe, algunos visitantes fumando marihuanas y el olor entra al cuarto.

It was absolutely horrible. Room was disgustingly dirty; unsanitary, TV didn't work. It was so bad, I left and went to a different hotel. I would not stay there. I deserve my money back!

Small parking lot.our ac errors out. Trash had a cup not from us in it when we checked in. Owner double parks his car in the middle lot. Instead of in the front lot

No elevator, when we realized there was no elevator we went and requested to switch rooms but they said there werent any even though we could see empty rooms through the windows. The area was kinda shady.

If the room (#204) had been spotless I could overlook how run down it was. The sheets had to be changed due to them being stained. I didn’t use the blankets because they were also stained. The lamps were caked with grime and the room smelled like old cigarettes and chemicals. The sink faucet sprayed out in four separate ways due to it likely being completely clogged. I booked based on other positive reviews and have to assume my standards for cleanliness must be much higher than those who said this hotel was acceptable. If every other hotel wasn’t fully booked I wouldn’t have stayed.

Absolutely filthy. The man at the desk said my room number out loud and then some strange man followed me out asking me if I was alone and repeated my room number and telling me I was close to his room. Unsafe and absolutely filthy.

Made reservation nearly two months in advance.2 Towels were small, thin and appeared soiled. Beds were not made over 3 days, I had to go to the front desk daily to exchange for clean towels. I DOUBT THAT THE ROOM WAS ENTERED OVER THE THREE DAYS. This is reflective of the thrift hotel industry ownership by the 3rd world. Quality of services are IGNORED.

the bathroom is in a dire need for upgrade, as well as the ac unit.

The toliet seat in my room was broken. Notified the staff was still broken when I checked out. My room went two days without being serviced . I had to take my old towels down to the front desk for clean ones. I ran out of shampoo and again had to visit the front desk. If I was Hotels.Com I would suggest pulling this hotel from your listing. I would rate it one of the worst hotels I have ever visited.

Water pressure in shower was adequate. Air conditioning adequate. Bedding adequate and clean. However lamps had burned out bulbs and were VERY dusty and sticky. Hair dryer on wall was very dusty so we didn’t use it. Toilet bowl clean but dirty around base of toilet. Front desk staff friendly and attentive however the front desk counter was sticky and dirty. Overall, it served its purpose. I wish them well and hopefully they hire cleaning staff who have experience in hotel room cleaning. It’s the little details that make a difference.

The room was clean the staff was cool

You get what you pay for. It wasn't super clean, but it wasn't awful either. Didn't feel super safe. We didn't really need the staff for anything, so can't really speak to that. Not sure I would stay again.
