Hampton Inn Indianapolis-N.E./Castleton

My kids and I stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night, and we had a really great experience! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff was absolutely wonderful and super helpful and friendly. They made sure we had what we needed and helped make our stay even better. I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with great customer service. We truly enjoyed our stay! ❤️

The first room I was in the air conditioning was not cooling the room down so I was moved to another room. Unfortunately while the room did cool down the tv did not work. The third room finally did work. The staff member was very very helpful and polite during the process. I will stay here again.

Close to state fairgrounds.

We booked a king size room with sofa bed and had to stay in a room with a double bed and handicap shower.

Parking was horrible each day of my stay. Very unusual for a Hampton property.

I needed to check in earlier tha. 3pm, an found there was a 50.00 deposit for early in. Not happy with that an I'm still waiting for my 25.00 refund from it.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean as well. I didn't like the pool area. Needs a update.

Stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the room multiple live bugs on the bedding. Had to pack up and leave. Disappointing, because the location and everything else seemed fine, but a bed bug infestation is a dealbreaker. Hope management addresses it.

staff friendliness, location, nice room. Was out of eggs at breakfast for 5 minutes I grabbed a quick bite. liked everything else.

No Hot Water!!! Enough said!

The hotel itself is great for a pitstop on your solo journey. The staff is helpful and the room was clean. However, the area around it is a bit run down. The breakfast is subpar compared to others in the area. As a traveling family, I would not stay here again.

No hot water, called the front desk. The guy was aware of the issue and said for some rooms you back off the hot water handle and with some rooms it may get better, others not. Mine did not, I have stayed in very few places with no hot water. Pretty poor, I expect more from Hilton location. The breakfast was from 5 till 10 am. I came down there at 645 am and the the placed was wiped out. I asked the guy if they were gonna restock the potatoes and he said they would. I checked when I left the breakfast room and nothing added. This place had many occupants and does things on the cheap. The people that showed up around 8 am were probably out of luck

Unfortunately this hotel has suffered due to the highway construction and the decline of the area. Property is a bit rundown. Most of the staff doesn't speak any English.

TV remote seems too hard to maneuver. Need shower rug. Need more bathroom hooks.
