The room it self was clean The entrance weed smell was pungent

Pool was covered like it hadn’t been used in years. Supposed to be a suite which you think would include a couch or love seat in a sitting area. Nope a single chair with a 27 inch tv on an end table. Check in area was well cooled but the rest of the hallways were nearly 80 degrees. Bed was lumpy and lopsided. Seemed like only one side had been slept on and the mattress has never been turned or flipped.

Booking. Com site screwed up my reservation and there was no one to rectify it. I literally had no book another hotel Booking.com customer service

Not much. The entire place was filthy. The hallways smelled like damp Marijuana and all the glass doors entering the building were so dirty you could see clearly out of them. Several screens on the front of the building were damaged like they had an attempt at a breaking which was not real welcoming. The room was big but I felt like I needed rubber gloves to touch or sit on the sofa. The bathtub was old and crusted with calcification. There were crawling bugs in the bed. Everything

Mine was a one night stay and worked out great.

Good place no noise didn’t get woken up by no screaming

Location and cost It took 15 minutes to check in. First room on opposite side of hotel wasn't clean at 6pm 2nd room on opposite of hotel key didn't work

very weak breakfast... no ice machine... screwed up our room keys.. young boy entered our room with his key... hallway smelled... really needs updated

Wasn't able to check in because system was down. Would not help us find other accomodations. Kept saying they couldn't call me because they did not have my phone number. I had spoken to them 2 days before to confirm. Gave them my phone number. Left 3 woman sitting in a dark parking lot to try and find other accomodations. They said they had my room but could not check me in. Staff was rude . Trying to blame it on me.

Yeah had to call the cops and break up a bloody fight. The fight started at 7am and at 930 is when me and my wife encounter the man and the victim. Hotel staff knew about it and didnt call the police or ems. Ill never stay at a extended stay again.

Expedia should remove this property.

The property was in a good location. However, since we arrived about 12:30 AM we were not allowed to check in despite the fact that we had already paid in full on Booking.com. The young lady at the desk actually complained that we were trying to check in so late and tried to charge the credit card even though it already paid in full on Booking.com.
