The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.

Enjoyed my stay

Clean rooms. Plenty parking. Nice staff. Everything smooth and easy. Buiiittt.... no sit down area even to wait for cab. Bad vending machines. Elevator a nightmare.

Clean room and staff

Our room was very clean I just would like more towels in a room, but it’s ok. The check was super easy and staff was friendly.

Great service

Building under maintenance. Sheets and towels not clean. Room damp and musty and had not been swept. Bed felt like a board. Requested a receipt when checking out early and was refused. Have stayed in motels before so expectations were not high but we could not even stay our second night. Absolutely would not recommend I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car!!

We went down for one night due to a baseball tournament. Definitely dated. I guess I am very spoiled with having a blow dryer provided and shampoo and conditioner and soap even if it’s a little ones. There was nothing so if you plan to stay there make sure you take some with you. You only get the two small bars of soap.

There’s no live staff at night. The room only had 2 pillows and I needed an extra so you can’t get anything if you show up in the evening. It was 5/10 for cleanliness but we literally only needed to stay there for less than 8 hours so it was ok for what I was needing. Would not stay a long stay or even a couple of days.

Nice place to relax....

When I booked the room through Expedia the picture showed two beds. We were traveling as a family of four with two kids. I noticed in my confirmation email it said double room queen bed, which sounded confusing, so I called and asked. The guy reassured me that double room means two queen beds. We arrived and we used a kiosk which was not helpful or easy to use. When we went up to room there was only one bed and it was extremely tiny. I went and explained and showed email and the guy through kiosk kept letting me know I booked a single room. After going back and forth I just let it go. We went to a concert and came back and asked for a few more pillows since we had four people and two pillows, they let us know there was no extra pillows in the building. Was an extremely uncomfortable night for the entire family. I would never return to this hotel. Ridiculous you can't speak to someone inside the hotel, and the fact we couldn't change rooms or at the very least get a few extra pillows. As I said I called directly after booking and was reassured there was two beds and is showed during booking. This place was a nightmare.

Exactly as expected - clean, easy parking, simple room, affordable.

After parking, the stench of marijuana permeated the air. Disgusting. The lobby had a kiosk with a call center guy checking people in. That was likely more safe for him than working the lobby. The room smelled like a mix of dog and cigarette smoke (100% smoke free, BTW). No overhead lighting. Dirty sheets, but thankfully no bed bugs. The air conditioner drones so badly, it pierces your very soul. Someone set off fireworks directly outside our room that I originally thought were gunshots at 3am. No soap or shampoo provided. Hot water, though! Absolutely would not stay here again. It was a sad culture shock after all the hotels I stayed at in Japan that were not only significantly nicer, had friendly, on site staff at all hours, AND fed you breakfast, but were also just under half the price (~$50/night).

It was an okay place to stay. Pricing was reasonable. They do have a $60 security deposit to keep in mind at check in.

This hotel was worth what we paid. We were just looking for a place to sleep for the night and got there in the early morning hours. We checked in through a kiosk that a man was on the other end of. I thought he may be in a different country but the next morning he was sitting at the desk. Overall it wasn’t a bad place. The room looked to be newly remodeled maybe.

Clean and neat. Made sure I was on 1st floor because I don't walk well. No fridge in the room, but for the price I shouldn't have expected one.
