I had Expedia member discount, and booked the room. When I got there, there was no microwave and no fridge in the room. When I asked staff, he told me I can use the lobby microwave, which was very small, dirty, and old. There was no fridge.

Loved it! I've never checked in to a hotel via Zoom! That was awesome!

Near highway

Nothing cause they were over booked and I never got my room. No booking available and wouldnt change my stay dates.

Looks like they tried to refurbish over older decor and only partially completed the project. It stills feels like a work in progress. Also, had problems with the internet at the distant side of the building.

I love coming there the only thing we was not happy was the elevator was down and not working

Property was disgustingly dirty. I was given 3 different rooms, all of which were nasty. There was smeared dried feces on the bathroom floor of the final room. I refused to stay at this hotel and demanded to check out with a full refund (which I am still battling for). There was no front desk staff on site; guest are handled by a worker via a kiosk with two way video. The worker was not helpful at all. I do not understand how this property has such good ratings. It’s disgusting.

The room was comfortable enough, but the NON-SMOKING hotel smelled like an ashtray as soon as we got off of the elevator. We slept with the windows open to get some fresh air in the room.
