The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, was dirty and not well maintained at all. The elevator malfunctioned a few times during my stay and I mentioned it to the front desk and was told that the "button on the outside is broke and you have to hit it hard". TV in room did not work, bathtub/shower was not cleaned from previous guest there was obvious dirt on the floor, loose and long hairs from previous guest on pillow cases and sheets, A/C unit did work but had an obnoxious buzzing sound. Overall the photos and description of the hotel were NOT true to what it was like in person.

I was pleased with everything.

Bamboozled! The place looked nice enough on the website, but the reality is far different. A lobby that smelled like cigarettes, an elevator with no working status lights, and an overall run down feeling. The room was worse off than that. Very small room and bathroom, a shower head that was falling off the wall, the tub sank and moved with every step in it, stained and burned carpet. There is more to this but I'm not putting any more energy into it. If you need a bed for a night go for it, but if you want to enjoy a nice weekend away, find somewhere else

DO NOT stay at this hotel. They used anonymous reviews to try and artificially inflate their reviews rating. The hotel was disgusting. It’s the first time in my life that I’ve ever checked into a hotel and then checked out 15 minutes later because the room smelled so awful and it was so dirty that I just couldn’t spend the night there.

Rooms weren’t that clean. Bathtub was bubbling making hard to stand in shower. No extra towels when asked at front desk. And extremely loud in hallways at night.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only downfall was no soap for the washing machine even though they sold many items. Selling a bottle of coke for $3.00 was too much.

Our stay was very disappointing. The hotel was not clean and appeared to be run down and poorly maintained. Resources and amenities were extremely limited, making the experience even more frustrating. The pullout couch in our room was broken, so instead of fixing the issue or moving us to another room, we were given a rollaway bed. To make matters worse, the air conditioner appeared to be leaking what smelled like Freon. When we reported it to the front desk, the only solution offered was for staff to spray deodorizer in the room, which did nothing to address the actual problem. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and appropriate customer service made this a very disappointing stay. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again. What made this even more disappointing is that this was a host hotel for the NFL Flag National Championships. Hundreds, if not thousands, of athletes and their families traveled from across the country to compete in one of the biggest events in youth flag football. We expected accommodations that reflected the quality of such a premier event, but this hotel fell far short of those expectations. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the property and the lack of an appropriate response to these issues, we would not stay here again or recommend it to other traveling families.
