Check in process was smooth, staff are friendly and the lobby looks inviting, but that's where the positives end with this hotel. Grass outside was mid-calf high and was the first sign that this hotel isn't maintained well. Our room was extremely outdated from the chain lock as the only locking mechanism, to the bathroom that we didn't feel comfortable showering in the discolored tub with the dirty shower head. Dried toothpaste was all down the front of the vanity, and the toilet didn't flush fully which I notified the front desk of. Noise levels were minimal except for the elephant on the 2nd floor that stomped around and a yapping dog in the morning. This hotel is very outdated, not clean and we had a fear of bringing bed bugs home thanks to the discolored sheets that had small blood stains on them. We didn't see any active bugs moving but felt itchy during our stay. We should have paid the extra money for a hotel down the street, or even the one across the street looked much more welcoming. Overall we didn't feel comfortable or safe staying here and will find another place to stay next time.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. I booked this hotel initially to come into town for a wedding. When I stepped into the lobby the scent they had was so strong it was a punch in the face, I thought maybe it was just the lobby but when I got to my room it was just as bad. I always do a bed check when I get somewhere and when I got here there were crumbs on the bed and the pillows and sheets were yellow. I tried to thug it out because it was 3am when I got in and was just going to sleep in the couch. Between the smell and the yellow pillows the dirty sheets and crumbs I didn’t even stay I checked out an hour later to go to a different hotel. As someone with asthma I do not recommend this hotel. I booked through Expedia and when I asked to cancel my stay in person they said they couldn’t do anything and that I had to go through Expedia I told them it told me to contact them. When I mentioned the yellow pillows and crumbs on the bed the front desk guy scoffed at me, will not book here ever again

Good staff.

Staff was polite. Room, especially bathrooms, felt run down. Water damage on bathroom walls. Toilet seat broken. Tv remote didn't work (staff replaced it). I asked for 2 additional towels, and was given towels that looked like they were used to clean a dirty floor. I assume clean, but shouldn't have been to guests. Room had an unusual smell. Breakfast was decent. No complaints there. Overall disappointed.

It’s was very quick stay. Clean & friendly staff. Felt safe. Only thing to note is large pothole in driveway entrance needs to be filled.

Was an affordable decent room. It was clean but the breakfast was very very basic. But was good clean place to lay our heads.

The lobby and room had a very strong air freshener smell that seemed to be trying to mask an odor. There were hairs on the sheets when we arrived. The bathroom ceiling has a lot of water damage.

Overall a great value! It’s an older facility and could use a few upgrades, but clean room, clean bathroom, clean linens. There was a strong smell near the kitchen sink area that smelled like an air freshener that seemed to get better as the AC ran. For the amount paid, overall pleased and would consider staying again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were responsive. The king studio was spacious. However, the decor is dated, there was no hair dryer, and the breakfast was sparse and unimpressive. While there were bagels and cereal, there were no pastries and the only juice option was Sunny Delight, which isn't even real orange juice.
